Vidalia Brand Sweet Onion Hot Chow Chow, 16-ounces (Pack of3)

I like this product so much I ordered another pack of three! It is hot (sort of) but very flavorful and not watered down like many chow chows. I used it on hot dogs, soy dogs, burgers, soy burgers. Yesterday I made seasoned pinto beans and rice and put some of this Chow Chow on top - DELICIOUS!!

Not like Chow Chow that I am use to eating

Very tasty on pinto beans! Gives it a little tang and if you like Vidalia onions you'll like this chow chow. It is NOTHING like Cracker Barrel chow chow. I'd say theirs is closer to being a relish. This chow chow is definitely more tangy than sweet. You notice the difference as soon as you look a the jars contents. As for being hot, I was a little worried about that but thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did as this is not hot to me. I cannot take what most people consider HOT, such as Taco Bell's HOT sauce. To me this is more like Taco Bell's MILD sauce, which I get all the time with Taco Bell food. NOTE: Something being "spicy hot" is VERY relative, I've learned. Unless you know the person who's telling you "it's hot" and have eaten with them enough to compare your tastes to theirs, you shouldn't rely on their opinion as to whether or not something is "spicy hot" or not. My one complaint is how my order was packed (and I did give feedback to Amazon). They wrapped all 3 jars in bubble wrap rather than each individual jar, so I ended up with one broken jar. Luckily it was all wrapped so well that very little made it out of the wrap and onto the box itself.

The best I have ever eaten in chowchow. Searched for a chowchow that taste this great all my life. Finally found it at Amazon.com! No doubt that I will reorder, reorder, reorder and reorder again!

Bought a few bottles based on price. Excellent balance of flavors and heat. Great as a topping, in an omlet, on a hot dog or simply on a cracker.

Ordered this from experence at Cracker Barrel where you can order Turnip Greens and Pinto beans with relish on the beans. If this is not the same relish it is close sure makes a bowl of Pinto's great.

I tried to find something like this and came across it while buying something else. I is something I was looking for.

This stuff tastes so damn good! I'd give it a solid 10 out of 10
