I have been using these resistance bands for a few years now and they are great! A few have eventually snapped over the years but they last a lot longer than others I have used in the past. The customer service is fantastic; they sent out replacement bands under the warranty so don’t worry if you eventually have to replace them.

A complete beginner here, trying to get in shape. These are not my fave color combination but I can completely ignore that because of the quality of the bands. Obviously I'm no expert but I do know that these feel good and make my workouts a lot better. The lightest band does roll up when you're putting it on, but it's easy to correct it and it doesn't bother me.I love the graphics on them as I still need reminders on some positions.I honestly didn't expect these to impact my workout a lot, pretty much thought I'd be using the 2 hardest ones for everything. However, the lightest one gave me a hard time right away (in the best way possible).I've been using them for a week now (working out every other day) and there's no sign of the graphics fading or of the bands losing shape or elasticity. Will try to update after more time has passed.Seller was great, they accidentally sent me an empty email instead of the PDF guide, but they replied within hours when I contacted them about it. Really friendly, accessible and quick. Will probably order more of their products down the line.

The resistance bands were great for me due to recovery from an illness which waisted away a lot of muscle. I'm a trained fitness professional so I understand their value in terms of recovery. In this regard I was able to rebuild my muscle and I was more confident on my return to the gym. Used correctly these bands are a great home alternative but as with all things have their limits and after a while they no longer suffice as the only method of resistance training. They are still working fully and have not snapped but do get twisted often when in use for leg exercises which can be annoying. I now use them as supplement to my gym workouts. Worth purchasimg if a beginner or recovering from injury.

Great idea to colour code them to show where can be used. Also a helpful leaflet showing how to use the bands and where. There is also an online sight showing which bands to use for which exercises. Comes complete with a little bag to keep them in. I can definitely recommend them

To be honest I was fairly disappointed, soon a the band was around my legs and I did one extend it rolled up like a tight elastic band and pinched my leg (photo)I think they are either too thin or not wide enough as they just roll back on themselves and hurt, not for the legs in my opinion.The photos and the strength printed on them is great, the pouch is good too, just a shame to be let down by the quality when using with legs.

Robust product, and very versatile. I was going to buy weights but went for this instead, and I'm glad I did as you can train every bit of your body with these, in a relatively small space and in different ways. Comes with an exercise booklet with easy-to-follow diagrams so you can make the most of the bands. I'd been doing just press-ups against the wall and stuff, but having used these for a few days I can feel my muscles aching – so they definitely work!

These are perfect for beginners or advanced users. I use these for arms, legs and glutes a lot. It comes with a very good qulity bag which is very useful for me, because I travel a lot. I found they are good for strength training and various workouts in my yoga class. There are different resistance levels on each band, and are useful for different body parts. I love the way they printed exercise guides on the bands, I used to flip my phones to remind myself what exercise I could do, now I just look at the bands, they provide a variety of workouts and they are really good. Highly recommend

These are nice quality, and it’s helpful that they have different exercises printed in them which is a good prompt to change up the exercise routine! I do wish they sold them in 2 or 4 packs of single color/strength bands.I will likely only use the black one and possibly the red one but will probably give the other 2 lighter ones to a friend.
