I feed to my african grey for the very same reason. Try a smallish bag and see. Some birds throw out small food less, some shovel it out like sand. I like the natural better than fruit because at least they don't pick around the yellow bananas.

This is the "medium" size which my Little Corella/bare eye and Rose Breasted/Galah likes and I also feed to my Congo African Grey, Nanday and Alexandrine. Pellets are too small for my Moluccans to grasp, but they didn't care for the big pellets of this brand. I use the med lg fruit falvored Zupreem and it's popular with all 8 of my birds (Having run out of the only brand of food I used to feed became a crisis one too many times and now everyone eats a blend of three pellets except the Corella who ONLY eats these Zupreem natural pellets).
