Q: Any suggestions on what to use to stick velcro?

It comes with tapes and you can apply it to the door frame then the velcro can stick on it.

Q: can you use it for dual hose units?

Thanks for your inquiry about this screen door seal for ac. Please know it won't work for dual hose units for it will be too heavy to support it.

Q: Will this work for a swinging door?

No it won't. They don't make anything good for this. I ended up getting a dog door insert for deck doors and making a panel to fit my AC exhaust in it.

Q: "maximum perimeter" ? does that mean the you can just cut it for shorter doors like 75" ?

the material for the Funteck screen door can be cut to fit your door. the kit comes with double sided Velcro to attach to your door frame.
