In Ayurveda Bhrinjaraj is mainly used for hair care. It is known for its antioxidant, analgesic, antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer properties. I have been using it for 15 days regularly but it takes more than a month to see result, so i will review back again after a month has passed. Bought initially for cleansing liver and improve digestion.Dosage :Generally 2-3 gm is allowed. I take two caps( 500mg*2 = 1gm) in a day after meals. Or take as per your Doctor's recommendation.Benefits which I experienced :- It reduced my toothache. (Yes i have one tooth decayed I fear dentists drill...But will visit soon :-D )- Improved my digestion.For hair care I heard using Bhringaraj Oil is better than tablets or powder, my hairs dont have any problem so cannot comment on that. So to conclude Bhringaraj is know for its many other benefits than just for hair. I suggest to try it if someone is having hair problem(I recommend oil though), minor skin problems , digestion issues.
