It's very sad this book is no longer published. When I wanted to start a success team, I had to find four used copies. I don't know of anything like it out there except pieces of Barbara Sher's other books. The two critical principles are: 1. people have better ideas for each other than they have for themselves. 2. People have more courage for each other than they have for themselves. Sadly, I'm one of those people who needs structure to go after my dreams. That's what a success team provides..

Barbara Sher is a joy. I love reading all her books - easy going style, intelligent and logical. Our deepest wishes can come true!

My Barbara Sher collection is now complete. All of her books inspire me.

I consider Teamworks to be Barbara's best book. Wishcraft comes in second.
