Q: I’ve got the same Jack but doesn’t go up now it worked first two times now it’s won’t go up and only makes sound went in the down position what’s up?

I had the same problem and in my case the switches were full of dirt and heavily corroded. I would say this car jack is made for emergencies and one time but not for regular use. The switches are prone to collect every dirt particle that falls on them and the hydraulic cylinder is rusting away. I am currently changing the switches to waterproof ones and hope it will then last.

Worked ok on mine and my drive is on a slope, I think it all depends on where you situate the car and jack compared to the slope
