I fell a little and hit my upper leg on corner of a table, and I took two of these and then used a cold pak and the bruise and pain was gone the next day., And I am a senior citizen age 80.

The bruising went away very quickly! I am very impressed. Did not use for pain relief though perhaps I should have!

After doing some research along with PT i was informed to get trpysin which is one of the ingredients in this product for my shoulder so far so good. i will be ordering another bottle soon.

I have taken proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes on an empty stomach for years as a way to reduce inflammation. I run and weight lift 4-5 times a week and always take them beforehand. So, I am convinced these types of products work.This formula contains the two major proteases made by our pancreas: trypsin and chymotrypsin. They are powerful enzymes. My main concern with this formula is how little of each is in it. The label says the strength of the trypsin is 2400 USP units/mg, and the chymotrypsin is 1000 USP units/mg. So what this means is that this formula contains less than one milligram of each, since the label says there are 600 USP units of each!This is a very low amount compared to other formulas. Wobezym, for example, contains 24 mg of trypsin per pill and 1 mg of chymotrypsin.The pill is delayed-release, which is good because it releases it in the small intestine. However, I just can't get past the low dose, especially for the price.

I just wish this product was a little bit more inexpensive. Bought it for my boyfriend when he got diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Seems to be helping a little.

Made no difference. A waste of money.

I have Hashimotos and this product has really helped me improve my digestion. Love it!
