Delicious Honey
This honey tastes wonderful! I bought it for my matcha green tea and coffee, and basically anything that requires sweetener. It's in a big tub and the top is wide enough to spoon the honey out. The consistency is just perfect too, very easy to spread it on toast if you wanted to. Definitely ordering again soon!

We go through honey so quick so we try to find raw unfiltered honey that has larger quantities so it last longer. I'm ordering this honey a 2nd time because I love the flavor so much and it's hard to find quality honey at a reasonable price. The only cons I could find is the lid was difficult to open if screwed on too tight the way it's design it's as if the lid sticks to the container making it difficult. We use it a lot in our tea, cooking recipes(bbq spare ribs, salmon,) and as a nice drizzle in greek yogurt/fruit parfaits. Most people aren't use to this type of honey because it keeps a solid form and you need a spoon to scoop it out but I prefer spooning out the honey then killing my hand trying to squeeze a bottle and waiting forever for the honey to drizzle out.Way easier to just scoop it into a dish and melt it in the microwave for a few seconds if you want to drizzle it on something.A lot of people keep asking in the questions if it's GMO free. PEOPLE, think for a second. BEES FLY and if they're done pollinating non gmo plants on the farm they will fly everywhere else to do what they need to do. As much as it's good to be healthy as possible this isn't a logical product to ask "Is it GMO free" because you can't tell bees to ONLY pollinate non gmo crops.I respect that they've been replying honestly that it's possible the bees pollinate gmo crops instead of trying to convince it's 100% organic which is impossible unless you have a huge dome/greenhouse,etc that keeps your bees from leaving XD

Terrible quality!
This honey is absolutely terrible; it's crystallized and gritty and it has a bitter flavor to it. For the last three years I've used the really exceptional REALLY RAW HONEY and YS ECO BEE FARMS brands and they're both amazing! This honey is the worst I've ever tasted. I put it in my tea and my tea tastes bitter and watered down and gross and completely unlike how my tea usually tastes. This honey is garbage and I'm not happy about it, but lesson learned. Never again.

Perfect.
Superb. The light floral notes and creamy sweetness are absolutely divine. Truly excellent. I opened the jar, put some on a spoon, and the sweet floral lingers . . .In the the questions section it states this isn't pourable: my batch is delightfully thick, viscous, yet syrupy. This is everything I love in a honey -- good viscosity, a lighter fragrance and floral bouquet, and a touch of crystallization. Reminds me of an organic white honey from the Himalyas that I love, but is quite expensive and difficult to get.Highly recommend.

HEAVEN
I just received and tried this for the first time. I try to incorporate honey into my diet whenever I can, but it's difficult finding honey I enjoy. I've found that I love local sourwood honey, but it's difficult to find without driving a very good distance from where I live, and then I might not be lucky and get any that day. I find wildflower honey to be far too sweet, and clover honey to taste off and different from jar to jar. Palm honey is delicious and I've used it, though it's fairly restrictively expensive in my area, and none of it is local. I figured I'd give this a shot for the price per pound and opened it as soon as it arrived. It is VERY sweet, but the flavor is absolutely heavenly. I will be reordering this repeatedly.

Almost as Raw As it Gets
This is definitely Raw Honey. It does come in a solidified state, but that's a natural part of honey's crystallization process. You need only stick in warm to hot water and it'll start to liquefy. Regardless of that I scrapped a little off the top and tried some. It was like eating the flower it was so natural and rich, my best comparison was like sucking on Honeysuckles as a kid. Good sign of this being the real deal.

My Secret - BEST HONEY EVER!
I hesitate to give this review because I don't want it bought up so I can't order it when I need it. I buy 5lbs at a time and use it every morning in my lemon water with Apple Cider Vinegar. Can't start the day without it! Thick and tasty. Nothing like the honey you buy (pasteurized) in the store in those little plastic bears!

I was raised in an era when my Grandfather raised bee hives on his farm in the Midwest. His bees foraged on clover and alfalfa producing excellent honey. TJO Bees honey is so close to what I remember that I feel I am at home in that past era with this honey. Having tried other honey offerings, I am very satisfied with this all clover and alfalfa Dakota State product. Wide mouth jar, spoon able or mildly heat in warm water bath for pour able to add to tea or my coffee. You will be surprised when you try it, with smiles all around. BTW, Grady and Tina will smile too, when you buy their honey, as their honey is derived from the middle of no where USA. Ha!
