Bought for my Golden Retriever. Works great. Much less hair shedding on the floor.

I've tried different brush types for my dog to get the undercoat but everything takes awhile and my 7-month-old ended up always trying to bite the brush or me. The FURminator takes hardly any pressure to work and doesn't frustrate my dog into biting (which frustrates me). I've had it just a couple days but her fur looks so much better and it's not a fight anymore to get her groomed. The FURminator is ergonomic and only takes a couple minutes for great results. I haven't tried the hair-release button yet because it's simple just to pull the hair away. I'm on a budget and I tend toward lower-priced items but I've realized you get what you pay for and this is a great buy for the money. So glad I didn't resort to a knock-off because this is a game changer for me and Marley!

I have a short haired Vizsla and after using this his coat is super clean, shedding cut down by a ton, and it just works and cleans up really easily. So much better than paying a groomer to do this "treatment" when all you have to do is spend 10-15 minutes with your dog. Great product!

My dog sheds a lot of the time. He also had a thick undercoat that needed to be removed. This brush was recommended by my vet. It’s a little pricey but does a great job! It’s easy on my dog and doesn’t hurt him but easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.

I've included a photo of my beautiful Border-Aussie whose fur looks even nicer after using this brush. Photo post brushing.It was much more gentle on her skin than my previous deshedding comb and it took massive amounts of loose hair off.The little thing you push to push the hair off the comb is kind of silly and useless for me. It sort of works, and it might work on the short stiff hair of a Husky, but my dog's hair is fine and just clings to it. Really, No big deal, idc. The comb gets all the hair off, it's great - the best comb I've ever used.I highly recommend this comb, however, I paid just under $35 for it and that's just crazy. Pet stores charge the same, I looked, but I have Amazon Prime so it was most cost efficient to order it from here.The thing works awesome, made well, and the handle ergonomically superior imho.That said, I think the manufacturers have taken a little advantage of the superiority of their product and probably could come down in price. They should, because they'd sell more. If it weren't for the cost I'd give this 5 stars.

Muito fácil de usar, extremamente eficiente para retirar o pelo e não incomoda o animal. Com sua utilização, notei uma redução bastante significativa na quantidade de pelo que cai normalmente todos os dias dos meus cachorros (um deles com pelagem bastante espichada). Uma boa compra.

I am not sure why I waited so long to buy this. I love this thing. It works. Easy to use. My dogs liked it. Got lots of hair out. I wish I had known about this sooner. Great product!!!!
