Instant Pot Recipe Collection

I'm not a big one on doing reviews but this Instant Pot book deserves top rating, I've ordered and returned many such books that are supposed to be good, I can honestly tell you this book Is the best on the market, it covers everything, beautiful pictures, clean clear recipes, I got the book for my niece who is learning to use the Instant Pot and I am so impressed I just ordered another for myself, really some fantastic recipes front to back.

I just bought an Instant Pot and it did not come with a recipe booklet. This one is fabulous for the novice (like me) or the experienced "Instant Potter"! Would buy again.

I have an Instant Pot but have hardly used it. I received the Instant Pot as a gift. I believed that I needed more help on how to use it. So I bought this cookbook. I tried a baked bean recipe and combined it with a beef recipe where I substituted beef for deer meat. The food came out tasty. There are a lot of easy to follow recipes. Also the book has pictures of the cooked food. The instructions are easy to follow. It even has dessert recipes in the book. I believe this would be a great gift for someone.

It’s a very nice book. I have not tried any of the recipes yet but they seem simple enough and well written. I wish I could get over the Instant Pot phobia as the warnings very much remind me of SNL’s Happy Fun Ball skit. Maybe it’s human nature to steer clear of things that hiss.

Great book great photos very informative.

Was used. Did not know that when I bought the book. Dust jacket had a tear and I found a random piece of paper between pages.

I purchased this cookbook to use with my new Instant Pot Duo-Mini. So far I've liked every recipe I've tried from the book. However, because my Instant Pot is a Mini, I halve the recipes so as not to overwhelm the cooking pot. Today for lunch I made the Lentil Soup on page 22 and swapped out the rice for some diced potato. It was delicious! One other review here stated that this book is, "only good for desserts and breakfast recipes", which is completely false. This cookbook is loaded with recipes for grains, soups, stews, vegetables, meat, (each one has its own chapter), breakfasts and desserts. It also has a helpful reference chart in the back of the book that lists cooking times, pressure levels & release methods for a large assortment of foods. **If you have a 3 quart IP and want a cookbook geared towards the smaller model, I highly recommend this one by Lisa Childs, "I love my Instant Pot-Cooking For One".

I liked that each recipe had a photograph of the recipe, and it was printed on good quality shiny paper, and most important of all the recipes are good.

Easy recipes

I borrowed a friends Instant Pot cook book and decided to get my own. So many nice recipes and times info for everything in the back. Most recipes ingredients are in your pantry or easy finds. So happy with this book and my Instant Pot Max.
