This is a bit thicker than I expected, but not bad. The scent also reminds me of sulfur. I normally use the Jamaican black castor oil sproil/spray pictured which is a thinner consistency. It shines your hair and does not weigh it down. Use only a small amount on your fingertips to prevent heaviness and an overly greasy look.

It tingles when added to my scalp

I’ve been using the original castor oil one and it has done wonders to enhance my curls. I use it once a week and the curls just come back each wash. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with curly/wavy hair.

I recently got box braids, and ever since the hair stylist introduced me to this oil about a week ago, I've been using it faithfully ever since. Tips: The oil can be messy, so use with caution. Apply to roots only Use a medicine dropper. This helps apply the oil to the roots properly and less messy.
