It's really good. I've had it for months now with no issues. It's just like the original cord that comes with the headset—no buzzing noises or anything like other cords on Amazon.

I bought one of these a few years ago in order to use my Astro A40s on my PC. The Astros I have are meant for Xbox and as such they came with a mixamp that plugs directly into an Xbox controller, and therefore doesn’t fit a PC. I bought multiple cables and this was the only one that works reliably on my PC for that particular headset. I’ve had the cable for about 2-3 years now and it’s finally starting to break, most likely due to my cat chewing on it and not the cable itself. So I bought two more, one replacement and one spare. For $7.99 each, considering it lasted me 3 years I am beyond satisfied.Keep in mind, the cable is not the same at both ends! One end is just slightly longer than the other. The longer end goes to the headset and the shorter end to the PC, at least in my case

This was for my husband. Since I've heard no complaints I'm assuming it works just fine.

Use it for my A40s mix amp. Works heavenly. I only wish it came in different colors but I like it. Very long and comfortable. I use it with the ps5 so my controller has a mute button I didn’t need one on the cable which I loved. If using on other device u won’t have a muting button. Other than that it’s awesome

Started shorting out after 2 months of use

You get what you pay for had for a month and it brokeI didn’t pull it few times as I move a lot with it and dropped my mic with it by pulling itBut it’s cheap so I got what I paid for happy while it worked but I say go for another one ( unless they fix it and make it right )

Good cable only issue is, that there is no volume control on the cable its self but overall good
