I bought the ghost peppers, they were intact whole peppers with seeds. I don't know the temps.The seeds are said to be un-viable, however they sell live seeds on their site in their product catalog.

kevin, I do not know about the specifics of the 2oz. bag but I have purchased the 4oz. bags several times and it is a true 4oz.bag of really, really hot pepper. lots of peppers in the bag. Gregory b.

For sure! They are full dried peppers so you will need to de stem and break them down to your preference.
