Just slide the opening over the septum, it fits well and stays in place. There may be some adjusting, but it looks like a genuine piercing. Very comfortable, easy to use, and durable. I am eventually sizing up from 12 gauge earings to 00 gauge hoops. So these are temporary. They look great now with studs in my ears, but what about if I get 00 black hoops eventually; they might not be a match. But these allow me to just take them out and try a different style or gauge. Great value for the money!

Sooooo many other septum ring ends fall off for me- I’ve worn this one for months now and it’s stayed put! I’m super happy. Quality seems good so far and size is perfect.

No problem with these as being titanium. I am very sensitive to other metals.

I have my septum pierced and I will only use this brand due to the size variety and durability of this jewelry. I have never had any issue with it feeling uncomfortable or too tight. My only complaint is that the screws do come off easily even when you think you have tightened them enough. Very small and easy to lose the balls. Its an internal screw which makes it so much harder. I do know this thing isn't breaking any time soon. It's quality metal and various options keep me coming back when I finally misplace too many of the balls.

These are great! I bought them in place of some that caused inflammation, and these healed my piercings right up. Would by again.

Would definitely recommend. After wearing a subpar metal for a week, my septum was so sore I could barely touch the tip of my nose. I changed it out with this G23 Titanium ring, and within days, the soreness was gone. The size is great. Not overly large or bulky. The beads are a little hard to attach because they're quite small, but a good mirror and a little patience was needed. this is a really good, staple septum ring.

They have held up really great! They are true to size, they have a tarnished after a year of swapping them with other jewelry, the balls are a little tough to get on, but eventually you kind of master the act of it. Great value for the money. No skin irritation.
