Recommend for Fibromyalgia pain
Definitely recommend. I have Fibromyalgia and purchased these hoping they would help with throbbing/burning pain. Anything that helps even a little, even some of the time gets a "recommend" from me.Fit: I originally purchased a small but sized up to a medium. They hit a few inches above my elbow. (F 5'6" 140lbs)Comfort: Considering I'm in pain when I wear them I would say the comfort was good and improved with use. It seems like you need to break them in some. Originally the seams are awkward around the thumb which limited the length of time I could wear them at first. And the printed lettering was uncomfortable but as it wore off they were fine. After washing and wear it was much better.Compression: The compression is perfect. Not too tight but not loose.Pain relief: They do reduce pain some for a mild to moderate flare (which is a win for fibro). For a severe flare sometimes I can't wear them due to sensitivity to fabric of any kind. When I can wear it took about 30 minutes to get used to the fabric but helped with the pain enough to make it worth wearing. I haven't found that they prevent or eliminate fibro pain but they definitely help reduce pain.

medical "opera length" gloves
Very effective, but could be a little tighter, it is not a matter of size, but compression.

Working mostly as intended, but the seam's a bit weak
I do a lot of things on my computer, so my wrists tend to get sore. Figured I'd get myself some nice compression gloves to get a jump on the carpel tunnel, and the length on these looked like a nice bonus.Got myself a size small, and they're... too big for my wrists. I have very dainty wrists, and these don't really compress them all that well. But I was able to work around it by putting on a different style of compression gloves over the top.The more glaring issue is that, as of writing this review, I've only had these gloves for about a week. The seam blew in two spots on the left glove. They still work fine, but I hoped to get well over a week out of them before I got a hole.Otherwise, they're very comfortable and have eased a lot of wrist pain. I hope the holes were just a fluke, but they've been worth the money so far and I look forward to continued use.

Not much variance in sizes - runs small
I started by ordering a small and a medium to see which one would fit better. Couldn't quite fit into the small so I figured the medium would work. Not at all. I couldn't tell the difference in the size. I had to double check inside the tag to make sure they weren't the same size by accident. So I ordered the large and the extra large. I didn't even try on the large. This is the xl on my rather average sized hand (size 8 ring finger). I can't imagine trying to use these with actual plus sized or swollen hands. The xl is too loose on my thumb (where I need it for crocheting) and too tight literally everywhere else. I can't pull the sleeve all the way up. I know they are supposed to be compression gloves but they're not supposed to cut off circulation. They definitely won't fit most men and will likely only work for adolescents or very petit women.

Amazing for my carpal but fell apart
I have had these for 9 days, and I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it was accurate rather than the first few days placebo excitement, but I have to say these are amazing for my carpal tunnel, I’m 8 months pregnant and have a horrible time at night with my hands swelling and I used to wake up repeatedly at night with my left arm and hand, completely numb and swollen and it was becoming an issue because I had tried whole bunch of different braces which immobilized my arm and made it extremely difficult for me to get out of bed at night when I had to. These seem like a viable option to try and see if they would help at all, and they have done wonders while I still wear a wrist brace at night. I no longer have to wear the elbow brace that immobilizes my elbows and I don’t wake up with the pain and swelling that I used to. However, that being said, I literally only wear these at night I do not do anything with them, but sleep in them. In the 9 days I have had them and used them the stitching has come apart. The picture that I have posted is of me stitching up where they have came apart and I didn’t think to take a picture of them prior to stitching them apart because I need to use them at night so I had to fix them. For the amount of money, the relief is amazing but the quality was terrible. I would have expected, especially from this company that the product would’ve lasted for longer than it did especially considering the fact that I do is sleep in them I do not work in them. I do not use them during the day whatsoever, so there should be no reason why the stitch had come loose at all. That is why I gave it three stars. Otherwise I would give it five stars for the relief that it provides.

Function as intended. Sizing a little small IMO.
Working for what I need. Sizing is a bit tighter than what you'd expect, go up a size to start.

To small to even put on
The previous pair I had I loved and used it to wearing out. When I ordered the same size this time, it was way to small and I was not able to us them. Love Amazon's return/refund policy-they made it really easy to get it refunded for me.
