Q: i just received my order 5 mins ago, opened it up and the redness is all up in the shipping box. Is it supposed to leak out like that? It is a mess.

Hello Anthony, It is normal for the Camotes to "sweat". Especially during warm weather. The plastic container that they are in have breathing holes in order to let some of that humidity out. However it seems that bad the handling of the package has made a mess of the inside despite the fragile labeling. We will definetly enlarge the labeling of future shipments to show fragilnes and to keep the right side up at all times.
