Steam does not come out
The steamer doesn’t work. This came with a piece of cotton wool stuck in the place where I put water. This is a defect how could u have sent this to me 😡😡😡I only used this 3 months after purchase cause my hair was braided. Can I have a refund?

Brilliant straightener, does the job
I am very pleased with the product. It really does the job. You can see it from my before and after picture. It is very easy to use and my hair feels nice and soft after. I like that it has a built in comb as it helps to prevent hair damage during straightening. There is a big difference between regular straightener and this steam straightener as after this one my hair feels much softer and has a nice natural shine.

Steam lock defect
The media could not be loaded. Too bad, steam lock is not working so I'm not able to fill the tank with water.

they work without damaging my hair more
they straighten my hair without damaging it more.my hair is repairing i dont use this loads, but i get straight hair, no frizz

Great beauty tool!
Incredible hair straightener, my hair looks like after a salon visit! This helps condition, smooth and makes my hair shinier, while reducing frizz and static. I need less time to style my hair.

Good straighteners with precise temperature control.
I bought these to replace my previous paddle brush straighteners which broke. Original seller/brand no longer available. These are great straighteners and I love how precisely you can control the temperature.

Didn’t work as described.
Had to return this product, as after exhausting all troubleshooting it produced little to no steam. Also the accompanying user manual was difficult to understand in parts, due to badly written English.
