Great for Olympic Weightlifters, too
Ordered for my wife 4 months ago and these are her words:"This log is the only one I've used consistently because it's practical, and aside from the first few introductory pages, doesn't have wasted space. The page layout is perfect & organized well for Olympic Weightlifting sessions - I write the movement in the Exercise column and then track the number of reps and the weight for each rep count in the Set columns. Also plenty of room for workout notes. It is so easy to use and to look back on prior lifting history. The log book is also very sturdy and travels well in my packed gym bag. The wire spine has no breaks, so you don't lose any pages! I've wasted so much money on other useless/frivolous logs. Never again. I will always use The Lift Log from here on out, and I even bought several for my barbell club teammates."

Great Workout Journal!
I purchased this workout journal for my 85-year-old father who still goes to the gym 5 days a week! He loved it and is on his 3rd journal as we speak!

A must
I love this item. It charts what is needed and leaves room for nutrition and/or general notes. Pages are not cluttered and writing space is ideal. Compact for gym bag and lots of pages to goal set, check in, and track without pressure to write on the daily pages.

Easy to Understand
I love that it gives me a lot of spaces to fill in different sets, whether it be for weightlifting or cardio. I also love that it has diagrams of the body with different muscles and some exercises that can target those muscles. Very helpful for someone new to weightlifting! My only complaint is that the pages do feel rather thin and I'm scared of tearing them as I turn the pages, but other than that I cannot wait to get back to the gym and use this to track myself when things open up again!

Workout Journal to assure growth
I powerlift competitively, having a journal where I can write out my (4) week cycles are very important to me. Not only listing exercises, that week’s goal. But also results, having a place to make comments such as how I felt, what could I do differently. What do I need to concentrate on for a better lift, form? Intensity? rest? All important to write down, review before I lift that body part again. Very sturdy book, lots of area to not only chart that cycle but to review. My lifting partner wants me to order him one as well as he was watching me put arrows up or down on assistance lifts. Plus the book marker with quotes from Arnold are a plus. About to attempt my 5th USA National powerlifting championship and hopefully go to my third world championship. Good book to plot out my opening lifts with notes about 2 Nd attempts depending on how I felt on openers.Brian Sullivan

Better than making my own
I've been writing down my workouts for over a decade. Prior to this, I favored just some nice spiral bound, hard covered notebooks that were durable and convenient to buy at a local store. Recently, that product has gone out of production, so I was looking for something else and decided to give this a shot.I actually really like the layout of the normal workout pages, and there is plenty of room for me to record everything that I've done in a day. The size of the journal isn't huge, and it seems well built. There are some good pages in there for beginners, which I haven't found necessary, but could very well be helpful. I also like the goal tracking sections. My only "complaint" would be that I would like a 150-page journal as that is roughly the number of workouts that I would have in a year (52 weeks x3 workouts per week). This one will get me part of the way through a year, but not all the way.

Almost perfect...
I've been using this logbook for three months and I plan to buy a second when I run out of room. The pages are laid out excellently, plenty of room and easy to see.My only complaint is I wish they would swap the Calendar and Planned Routines pages - it would make it possible to remove "fluff" pages. I don't need the muscle diagram, exercises, or that routine page, and the benefit of spiral bound is being able to remove unwanted pages. It won't stop me from buying again, but would be a nice adjustment to an otherwise perfect book.

Great value and helpful organiser
I’ve bought this book three times. I’ll probably buy it more. It’s been such a helpful organiser for my workouts. It has plenty of space, great memo areas, very detailed, and helpful for tracking progress. The book is very sturdy. The only damage it’ll get is the page if you’re rough tossing the book around in your bag or on the ground. Otherwise, it’s great quality. I would recommend.
