Q: Will these fit in the cup dispenser we use the paper cups in...same 5 ounce size?

No, they will not fit. I have been using paper and plastic 5 oz. cups from various manufacturers and never had a problem. These are shorter and wider than all the others. They will NOT fit dispenser.

Q: Are these soft sided cups? Do they crack when they are squeezed (by a preschooler) or just bend?

I've owned a child care center for 5 years and we have always used these for our 2-6 year olds. They bend if squeezed hard but rarely crack. I have been having difficulty with the cups sticking together lately though.
