I will need to take this for a longer period to see how it works for PCOS, but first impressions is that it is quite nice. The smell is fresh and nice and the taste is good. Taste like spearmint tea and doesn't have nasty burps or anything. Way easier to consume the capsule than trying to drink that much tea per day to get the benefits, so I'm happy.

I did use the product almost until empty but couldn’t see any difference, easy to swallow not any taste, not worth to buy it, prefer the real spearmint.
