Stainless Steel Sheet Pan (Stainless Steel Cooling Rack)

I have had this set now for a few months and just can't imagine not having it. My last baking sheet was nasty and bent. This is fantastic. Using the baking mat with cookies (so far) and they come out perfect. I have baked veggies on the rack with the sheet and they never stick and are fantastic to clean up. I have thrown all three pieces into the dishwasher with no issue.

Product keeps its shape even at high temperatures. It’s a really solid product. I’ll probably get another one. The silicone mat is a surprisingly great addition

I received this item today....promptly read the instructions, and then washed each of the items......per the instructions, I put the unit in my gas oven and heated it to 350 deg. F for a half hour.....I'm confident of the temperature because I checked it with a high quality oven thermometer........I don't understand some of the other reviews because I had no smoke or strong smell (I won't say no smell, but it was very minor)........without actually cooking with it, my first impression is that it is a good item that I think will serve me well

At the first glance when I got the pan out of the box, it's more like a serving tray than a baking pan. The pan is quite thin so it'll occasionally warp during baking or when you put a little pressure on the center while hand washing it. But it gets the job done so...3 stars

This pan seems good. HOWEVER... when I make cookies on it, or anything for that matter it takes on a toxic chemical smell. The cookies I bake end up smelling and tasting like it... I made the exact same batch on a different surgace and the smell and taste was gone. There is something wrong with this pan. I’m doubting what it’s made of

I've been using this for 6 months now. The pan and rack do great in the dishwasher. Mat and rack work as expected. The pan does warp in heat (Why I gave 4, not 5, stars) but it goes back to normal as it cools. I would buy it again.

Fantastic item for baked goods, but genius for bacon and roasted veggies. Love it!
