Contigo Couture THERMALOCK Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle, 20oz, Blueberry Transparent

Firstly I want to say, I was a little worried because so many reviews mentioned how people had difficulty removing the lid without also removing the lip attachment. I have been using this bottle for a few weeks now and have NOT had that problem. I also have not had any leaks, and have screwed the lid on tightly. Not sure how people are managing to unscrew both at once- perhaps their drinking attachment is not screwed tightly enough?I am absolutely in love with the bottle. It is beautiful, classy, and functional. It is not prone to tipping over. It is easy to unscrew- about 3 rotations for my small hands, maybe less for most people. Doesn’t leak at all. Ingenious drinking attachment which is easily removable to add ice or for cleaning. Size wise it was exactly what I was looking for- fits easily in my bottle holder on my backpack and in standard cup holders while being tall enough to hold a good amount of water.I absolutely recommend this for your next water bottle. I consider this a MAJOR upgrade from my S’well!!

Hi! So like you, I was looking for a good water bottle at a reasonable price to last you the year. I was finding all these, over priced leak-able water bottles. Also like you, I scrolled through the comments trying to figure out if you should buy it. I honesty can't even express how much I love this water bottle. I have had it for weeks.. AND IM IN LOOOVE. If you see any comments saying the double lid it annoying, IGNORE ITTT. Stupidos don't realize that they can connect the middle cap to the bottle... so like dont take off the middle lid because when I tried its so hard my arms died. So yea. Im just saying. Get this. I left it in the hot for hours and tastes the same. Get it. And be happy :)

This water bottle is really cute, and it keeps liquids super cold for an extended period of time. However, I deducted two stars for two reasons. One being that the instructions come on a tiny piece of paper, inside the bottle. the opening of the bottle is too small for your fingers to remove the paper. I had to use tweezers - really annoying. The other being the double lid. The top screws, off, as does the plastic peice. You have to remove the cap very carefully, otherwise the entire top piece comes off and your drinking from the metal portion. It's a SERIOUS pain to detach the two pieces once they've been screwed on too tightly.

This is hands down one of the best water bottles I have ever bought and I'd say I am a water bottle connoisseur...I damn near collect the things! Between the insulation and my water staying ice cold almost all day long the mouthpiece engineering is what I like the most. It has two different screw top lids, one big enough to fit ice then the other is the mouthpiece big enough to get a good amount of water out but small enough where it isn't spilling all down your shirt if you need a sip while driving! My only complaint would be that sometimes when I go to screw off the lid to take a drink the entire 2-part lid screws off instead ... not a huge deal because every other positive makes up for it! I'm resisting the urge to purchase it in every color!!

Soo, I’ve been a little obsessed with white marble ...anything ... so when I saw this water bottle, i jumped on it and bought it especially since it’s made by the Contigo brand, which I LOVE! I must say that I do not regret it at all! My water stays cool for hours and over a day if I put ice in it! It goes everywhere with me and I get compliments all the time! I would buy again and again!

I love this water bottle, especially while I work construction on a hot day. I haven't tested any hot beverages yet, but I trust it'll do just fine if I ever wanted one. (I'm personally not one for a hot beverage anyway). But, I have used it numerous times on hot days in un-air conditioned buildings and I haven't gotten the drink to warm up yet, even when it's under the hot sun. The bottle on the outside can be warm to the touch, but the drink inside (with only like three or four ice cubes) is still freshly cold. The cap is nice and secure, along with the inner lip that comes out to adequately fit most ice cubes (squares do not fit in circle holes 😅). To sum it up, this is a wonderful bottle for at least cold drinks. I can't testify for hot drinks, but I've used this brand before and trust nothing has changed with their heat retention. Tip: don't put any fizzy drinks like soda in your bottle, as it can break the seal. My sibling learned that the hard way.

We more or less have just started getting into reusable items, and one of the first purchases I made was this water bottle. It’s become a staple in our daily lives. And it’s great for bedtime water as well! If I fill it a quarter of the way with ice there’s still some in the morning. I know some reviews mention the plastic mouth piece coming off with the lid, but I found if I just tighten that one more and the lid a little less it’s not an issue, and still doesn’t leak. Honestly the only thing I have trouble with is cleaning, and that’s just because my bottle brush isn’t long enough. But we just use it for water so a soap bath every couple days gets the job done.

The opening of this bottle is the perfect size to drink from. The 1-1/8" diameter allows you to chug a lot at one time, while also allowing you to reduce the flow to a trickle by using your lips as a valve, maintaining complete control. The spout is also small enough that it tucks under your nose while you're drinking and doesn't smash it into the lid, a ubiquitous problem with other designs.The lid twists off very easily for drinking and won't get lost, the inner spout comes out for adding large ice cubes. The cap includes a very comfortable finger handle. The lid contains no springs, hinges, gaskets, crevices and such to trap crud and bacteria inside. A common $3 bottle brush is all you need to clean this baby..

I have purchased other similar Contigo bottles from Walmart which were excellent quality. The one that I received from this vendor was clearly defective. The label was half sliced-off. Lid would not close. I didn’t bother to read reviews on this product/vendor earlier as I have great experience with Contigo notes. If I had I would not have ordered because I would have seen that others have complained about the quality of this product. Vendor stinks, buy your Contigo water bottles elsewhere.

The quality of this water bottle is amazing, however we ordered a white marble but was given the blue bottle instead. After reaching out to Amazon they were able to re-send us the white marble that we originally ordered but asked us to return the blue. Which is fine, but with the pandemic and no access to a printer it was very troublesome. The marbling on the blue looks very poorly made if anyone is considering getting the blue, I highly recommend to choose a different colour. The white marble is very nice.

I wish I took a photo before I returned it but alas, Captain Hindsight strikes again.I normally buy my SO Contigo Matterhorn bottles - not only because they're the only model of bottle that she likes, but because of how abnormally durable they are - from what I've found they can take quite a good beating, but eventually some of the plastic fixtures on them such as the lid clasp wear out and break after years of extremely heavy use (and abuse).That said, I thought I would change it up this year and purchase a Matterhorn from the Couture collection, expecting a much higher standard of quality to last at least a little bit longer while still looking good. While it certainly looked and felt like it was of much higher quality, it turns out that it was not - the lid clasp around the neck of the bottle didn't even last a week before it straight up just fell off. Extremely disappointed with the level of quality in this case especially considering that it's supposed to be a premium product.If I were you, I would just go for the original Matterhorn instead - stay away from the ones in this collection.

Overall, I'm happy with this product but it started out weird because it was hard to remove the inner neck sleeve. It would have been easy to read the instructions first, except they were inside the bottle and to get at them to see how to remove the sleeve, I would have to remove the sleeve first.I figured it out and it all worked out. It's mostly leak proof, except if you carry the bottle by the plastic loop for the cap, which adds tension on the inner neck sleeve and puts pressure on the rubber seal that may lead to a leak. As long as you check the seal before laying the bottle flat, it's all good, though.

I put one star because I had to put something. Not worth the money. More of a pain in the butt to open them the other ones. You need both hands to open amd most of the time the inner mouth piece comes off with the cap, so you have to twist it off to put it back on….. much better to just press the button on the other kinds. Also, I dropped the bottle and the neck ring snapped. Not covered by warranty because I dropped it. Waste of money!
