This was exactly what I hoped for. It reduced the bulk of having both a key and a fob on my keychain and was super easy to program.I just purchased a used 2006 Camry LE v6 (5th Generation); however, both keys I were given were the separate key fob and transponder key which I really hated as it was more difficult for me to find in my pockets as well as adding extra bulk.The programming for both the Key Fob and the Key transponder is literally done by inserting the key and opening the driver's side door in a certain order for a certain number of times. This is literally it. For the transponder, you just have to make sure to use the Master Key.Just go to youtube and search for Toyota transponder programming or key FOB programming. For the Transponder, you have to insert the Master key into the ignition 5 times (leaving the key in on the 5th insertion), then open the driver's side door 6 times, closing it on the 6th. Once that is done, insert the new key. After 60 seconds, the security light should stop blinking and the new key is programmed. Again make sure you're using the Master Key.The key fob can similarly be programmed using a different combination. It's unbelievable that dealerships charge hundreds for duplicate keys.You just have to get the key cut by a competent locksmith or by a competent hardware store. In NYC for some reason, they give you a hard time if you just want the key cut and not programmed since that's where the bulk of the money they make comes from.

As I said in the headline, this key will not work in the vehicle described in "their ad". Beefuny is not very funny. A waist of time and money. And now to return it I'm being charged a return fee. I had taken this key to be cut and programed to one of the best automotive locksmiths in Portland Oregon, Used by AAA for almost all of their lock and key needs on the east side of town. The technician at the lock shop looked at it and asked where did I get it, told him on Amazon! I got that look and he said he has had several issues with items like this from Amazon. And as explained to me, if it can not be program for the make and model, it will not allow you to start the car. So, please just go to a GOOD locksmith to get these high tech keys, you still need to have the key cut and then programed to work. So, in the long run, as I have found out, you will not save anything buying this junk! So, Beefunny is not FUNNY. Stay away form this junk. Do it right, get the key you need from someone who knows what they are doing and what you really need. And save THE RETURN FEE COST. More BS from Beefunny, it's not funny to me!

The media could not be loaded. I used programyourremote.com and followed the instructions completely. That’s the key. (See what I did there!?) Works great and is super easy! A local store cut the key for free. Great price and easy to get working. I have an 04 Toyota Corolla.

upon initial inspection key looks to be good quality. I was able to program the fob to work with my car by following a simple online tutorial, after i programmed it myself, i took it to a hardware store that i have used to cut other keys of mine. The employee who cut the key for me had a difficult time finding a clamp in the key cutter that would hold the key adequately. upon attempting to cut the key it shifter in the machine and it did not work in the vehicle. This hardware store refunded me the money it cost me to buy this key and I used that money to buy another. the Hardware store employee was able to successfully cut it the second time. According to this employee he had never had a key so difficult to clamp onto with the key cutter. Now it has been a few months and the blade of the key has become slightly wobbly and has me worried about how much longer the key will stay in one piece.

I felt compelled to write this review as other reviews stated that this doesn't work on 03-08 Toyota Matrix. Even though I saw those reviews, I assumed they just didn't know the correct programming procedure. I assumed correctly as I was successfully able to program the key fob by searching 2004 Toyota Matrix Key Fob Programming and found a one and a half minute video walking me through the steps. There are two different Toyota procedures for programming key fobs... If the instructions for programming your Toyota key fob does NOT require you to start programming with your driver door open, you're not using the correct procedure. You must use the alternative procedure which requires the first step to be opening the drivers door before you input a key in the ignition.
