Very potent. Worked on my mental and nervous system right away. I felt more focused and calm. My son also was able to focus better pay attention longer, better able to remember things and solve problems without so much stress involved. Plus I added a few other herbs like gout kola for added brain benefits.

To sum up the review in one word it would be Fresh. Personally, I enjoy the flavor of GinKgo Biloba powder. I'm happy to have given the product a chance.

First I am dissapointed it is extract, even though title said pure leaf powder. It is super bitter, even though ginkgo leaves themselves are only slightly bitter. I picked myself both green and yellow leaves and never had such a bitter flavor. But I thought since I already got it, we will try. Both of us got sudden short, but painful pangs of pain in the head for a few hours for 2 days until I started suspecting this stuff. Sure enough colchicine chemical is used to extract ginkgo and can give these symptoms, when not cleaned out properly. So this extract is not so pure, in my opinion. Reviews are great, but they are old. Maybe somehting is wrong with ths particular batch? I have to say the color is odd too -neither green nor yellow, it is reddish sand color. Going to the trash as I do nto want this stuff even in my compost.

I purchased gel "0" capsules for this powder - disliked the taste too much (the other powders I have I'll do this with too). 1/8 measurement isn't strong enough for me, so will double that in the capsule.I've yet to really noticed the quality in comparison to the usual 120 mg capsules I take. I just wanted people to know if they're wanting to 'drink it' vs taking it in capsules form to re-think that.
