360 Cookware Stainless Steel Bakeware 9" X 13": Absolutely the best possible 9" X 13" made. 360 Cookware is made by Americraft, so this really should be listed as Americraft 360 bakeware. I bought a full set of stovetop Lustre Craft cookware, but not the baking pans, maybe 15-20 years ago. Lustre Craft is another brand name made by Americraft. These are made in America, surgical steel pans. My Lustre Craft have been used daily for as long as I have owned them and they look brand new. Best pots, pans, skillets, bakeware on the planet. So, now that I am starting to bake, in retirement, I first bought Americraft cookie sheets, and now the 9" X 13" bake pan. I realize I should have bought the Americraft 5-piece bakeware set, but when you just want cookie sheets you buy cookie sheets. Now I wanted just a 9" X 13", but I will be back for more. CAUTION: Use plastic servers or you will permanently mar your new stainless by going at it with metal knives. Treat it like Teflon by using spatulas made for Teflon. It is NOT Teflon, but beautifully polished steel can be marred by scraping with metal. Also, buy yourself Bar Keepers Friend cleanser. Try cleaning with only a sponge, hot water, and hand dishwashing suds, but if you "must" scrub, then use a Dobie pad, and scrub in circular motions using Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse immediately and hand dry, and this pan will look brand new your entire lifetime. Best possible pan. I am just a housewife, not a paid shill.

Have purchased this pan in the past and was very happy with it. Have just purchased two more and they arrived today without the handles as shown in the picture. I need to have the handles on my pans. How do I get this resolved in time for the Holidays?

The reason I gave 2 stars overall is because I ordered the pan and it has handles. Returned item and asked for the right pan to be sent with handles. Received second pan and still not the one with handles. Just kept the pan and gave up.

No handles. I was almost expecting this to happen given the identical recent reviews... somehow I was hoping it wouldn't. Absolutely unacceptable sloppy oversight and false advertising!
