Fantastic product Really happy with the quality. It's not ground or powdered. It is small lengths of whole root but it has excellent flavour when split and boiled.

I ordered this powder with the intention of occasionally using it as a morning drink by mixing it with warm water. However, I later realized that the glycyrrhizin (the active compound in licorice) can have some side effects when consumed in large quantities. The packaging doesn’t provide clear information about the amount or percentage of glycyrrhizin in the powder, which made me a little concerned about its long-term use. To be on the safe side, I’ve decided to use it instead as a face and hair mask, and it works well for those purposes. The product itself seems to be of good quality, natural and organic. But I do think the brand should provide clearer information regarding glycyrrhizin content, especially since it can have significant health effects if taken in excess.

Opened them. They are nice. Good quality. Just not sure how I feel about reusing face pads. I have ever used disposable. Just my hands. But I wanted to minimize chemicals mixing in my hands. I’m rubbing what’s left of serums or Tretinoin into my hands, palms, and elbows to stretch the benefits. No waste. My hands completely changed, no more calluses or rough spots from my wheel chair. And the tops of my hand are baby soft. Nails look great too. And not sure what to wash them with and if the detergent is going to wash out if placed together in that laundry bag thy came with.
