Great product, great company!
We’ve been using Alpine products for years, including the Cyclone pond pump, and I continue to be impressed by both the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide. Recently, I had a small issue with the pump and Alpine’s customer support was absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, were professional and courteous, and followed up several times to make sure the issue was completely resolved. The company truly stands behind their products and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that combines great engineering with genuine customer care. Alpine is one of those companies, and that’s why I’ll continue to buy their products and recommend them to others without hesitation. Five stars all the way! Quality products, excellent performance, and the best support team you’ll find anywhere!

Quality Purchase, Life Easier!
Would I buy it again? Absolutely! This being my second PAL 5200 Submersible Pump from Alpine Corporation in the past 14 years, I am very pleased with my choice and this product. This pump meets the product descriptions given by the manufacture as selling points to purchase this pump, or a like pump from Alpine. The pump is compact, sturdy, and for as long as they have run, I would say well designed. The pump has performed quite satisfactorily producing the power, flow, and lift that I was needing for 3 fountains, while operating very quietly, almost unheard (it is submerged)! Although a relatively clean pond, deer and birds drink from the raised fountains and leave behind their residual effects which pose no problems for the pump. With heavy minerals in our well water (Hard Water), I surmise that my first pump froze up due to a mineral build-up; otherwise, it is likely the pump would still be running. Having had an issue with my pump, I did contact Alpine Corporation’s Customer Service. Their staff, and especially Ms. Delima, have been extremely helpful and considerate. After providing them with pictures and receipt of past purchase, they have responded quickly, professionally, and with consideration for my dilemma. The fact that you can reach someone at Alpine Pumps (email exchange) is reason alone to use their pumps! Great product!

I’m happy with my Alpine pump
Alpine stood behind their warranty. I purchased the Alpine 4000 pump in September of 2023, and one day this Spring, it just stopped working. I liked the pump - it was quiet, easy to operate and keep clean, and had an incredibly long cord, The flow rate was more than adequate for my recirculating waterfall. Knowing that the pump was still under warranty- I reached out to Alpine for help. They were responsive and very graciously sent me a brand new replacement! I’m hoping to get many more months of use from the new one. It does its job well. Thank you Alpine!

Excellent pump, 6 years and running
This is the best pump I've ever had. I've had probably 15 pumps over the years and this one has gone very strong. 6 years later and it's still running strong. Sometimes it even sucks in air for an extended period and it still works okay. So I'm very happy with it

A Very Satisfied Buyer!
We bought this pump for our Pond in Oct 2021, and it worked great for almost 3 years, with no problems --until a month ago when it stopped working out of the blue. Alpine gives a 3 year warranty on their product, and since it was still under warranty, I filed a claim. I have to say that I haven't encountered such a professional Company like Alpine in a very long time. I say this because of the top notch manner in which Alpine Customer Service (Karen) handled my claim. The whole process was easy to do online, and Alpine responded very quickly to my emails and claim. Within less than 2 weeks ( most of due to my delay) I received word that Alpine would be sending me a BRAND NEW PUMP! ( all I had to do was pay $25 for the shipping! So the bottom line is, I'll always buy Alpine products in the future, because I now TRUST Alpine will honor their warranty commitment, and stand behind their products. It was a good pump, that worked great for me for almost 3 years.

SUPERIOR customer service
Want to amend my original review (posted below): after contacting the company (Alpine), they were exceptional at understanding my situation and promptly sending me a replacement pump, free of any charge. I was also permitted to keep the dead pump for replacement parts, instead of sending it back. This has been hugely appreciated! The pic I've uploaded shows the replacement pump in action as I'm filling the pond back up after a couple weeks of neglect since the original pump died. We purchased this pump to have a little extra flow in our small backyard waterfall/pond. It did an excellent job, providing exactly the amount of water flowing in the waterfall that we were seeking. HOWEVER, TWO MAJOR CONCERNS: 1.) It's extremely underpowered; for 5200 GPH, it works more like a pump that does 2,500 GPH. Then again, we didn't like the flow rate from a competing pump company, so we went to a higher GPH to get us the flow we were seeking - - it did meet that need. 2.) Three weeks in, I walked out to find it completely DEAD. No life. No signs of life. Nothing. We liked the flow so much that we returned the dead one to Amazon, and ordered a replacement. Here's to it working for many YEARS, not WEEKS.

La bomba está bien , solo que esperaba más potencia del caudal , remplace una bomba anterior de menor capacidad de gph y está que es casi el doble tiene un caudal similar a la anterior.

I bought this pump to run my skimmer as a submersible pump and it worked great. Unfortunately my fancy goldfish and resident toads could not fight the current. Thankfully, I was able to convert it to an intake bay and use the same pump as an inline pump. Still runs great. It has only been a couple of months but if it keeps running the way it does I will be very happy with my purchase. The only word of caution I would give (Which cost it one star) is that when I went to use it as an inline pump the threaded piece you have to screw the pipe onto for the intake (The one inside the cage) popped out when I hand tightened it. Luckly I had some JB Waterweld on hand and could glue it back in. This will not be an issue if you use it as a submersible pump. Even with that issue I would still buy this pump again for that price.

this is my second Cyclone pond pump..... First one was a 3100 and ran 24/7 for 5 years ..... it would still be running except i got something into the impeller and the shaft broke 2 years ago ..I crazy glued it and it ran for another 2 years ......pumps up about 5 feet and lots of flow these are hard to beat

Bought the Alpine PAL8000 to replace a TW6000 Atalantic Ponds model that had served me for 11 years. Pump motor looks identical and pump/impellor very similar so hope for same long life. Woul have given 5 stars but (1) found the impelllor screen is easy to fall off when setting pump if not careful (no locking mechanism, just push on friction fit), and (2) despite the pump curves being comparable at 2- feet head the flow is a little less than the TW pump. However the pricing was good so think is a good value.
