UPDATE: This product has been very helpful in expelling the contents of my intestines during micro dry fasting. So I'm seeing results. However, it has taken several doses to get those results. You have to experiment, using your body as the guide. BTW: I still LOVE the taste ! ORIGINAL REVIEW: How you perceive this product tastes is in direct proportion to the capacity you're using it. I'm heading into hour 57 of an 88 hour dry fast and this morning THIS PRODUCT SMELLED AND TASTED LIKE HEAVEN. Sure, it's reminiscent of the cough medicine your mom gave you when you were a kid - but hey - at this point I'll take what I can get. I've only taken 2 doses, so it's too early to report on the efficacy. I'm initially giving five stars and will change modify this review after a month if necessary.

Have made it a part of my daily routine, I take it right before the gym. Has increased my energy and I am noticing some weight loss. The cherry flavor is really pleasing. I know it’s of good quality due to the consistency of the liquid and the results I am getting. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

Tastes good and it’s a natural amino acid, which I really appreciate. Since I started taking it, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, much less brain fog, and I’ve lost a few pounds. It feels like it’s actually working. This is definitely going on my buy-again list. Highly recommend!

I really like the taste and consistency over the stuff I was buying from vitimin world, which was like thick syrup. This is a liquid with a citric flavor which I'm not a big fan of usually. Also this is 5000 MG compared to the 3000 MG stuff I was buying at vitimin world. The cost was $54 with out there advantage card and around $40 a bottle with there advantage card, also it was made by precision engineered. I like this much better in taste alone. As for how strong the l carnitine MG strength really is I can't say. They say 5000 MG but who really knows unless it's tested for potency. As for how well it ramps up the metabolism I really feel it ranges from person to person along with age. I've taken this since I was around 18 and now i'm over 30. When I was younger I took capsules and they worked so well I dropped 25 pounds with no exercise or any diet changes and my diet consisted of soda and ice tea for liquids and lots of sweets. Only healthier meals I ever ate were anything my mother cooked. Now my diet is water, seltzer water plain, and soda for holidays or special ocasions. Protein, lot's of veggies, no caffine, or added salt or sugar in anything, nuts, fresh fruits extremely light on dairy including no milk. I subitute that with almond milk, and I exercise with a home gym and treadmill at least 3 times a week. Since I've been taking it again I haven't noticed much of a difference so far. I've taken it off and on over these past 12 years and have noticed it takes a good 2 to 3 months for results for me. I'll update once I get 3 full bottled in my system.

...Not sure how i feel. The consistency or texture is different than other brands I have tried before.

Happy to get it again. I'm vegetarian and hoping this gives me a boost. The last one did.
