I love this breathing necklace! I am already a meditator, and teach certain clients deep breath work (including how to make a ‘ssshhh’ sound to slow down the exhale.But this is wild… you can exhale for maybe 20 seconds, although I haven’t counted. I think the description or a reviewer said it sounded like a flute. I would say more a harmonica. Still really nice sound. The necklace itself is very sturdy, and doubt it would ever need replacement.So glad I got this one and not the cheap ones that don’t do much (like blowing through a straw). This absolutely slows down your exhale which is so important to calm the nervous system…. Don’t hesitate to purchase!

i Love this little one note love tone love tuner. I was researching tools to help with anxiety and breathing and came across this totally by accident. Being a musician, I was fascinated by the “love” tone and the 528 MHz, and had to run and view videos in action and loved the deepak chopra one. I quickly ordered this. I figured a tad pricey because I did think of buying a mini harmonica that possibly could be the dollar store budget version of this little device, but I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered it because again, fascinated at the idea of it. AllI can say is I’ve used it everyday, especially great to reset your mind, pull you to the present moment, slow down your breathing, focus your thoughts. The tone is actually a “c” note, which fascinated me . You actually don’t see the note name anywhere on their website, but I quickly got a guitar tuner out and it’s a c, in fact it’s the c an octave higher than middle c. It feels good. It is not too loud. The slight buzz of the harmonica-like c note on your lips while blowing a constant exhale through is thrilling. I just love it. I’mGlad I got this! Same price on amazon as the company website, so I chose amazon for quick shipping. I have already recommended it to several people.

Good quality, just was uncomfortable with the small tube that disconnects, felt it would be too easy to lose or drop. Overall great steady sound, that projects very clearly.

At first I ordered the silver chain but even though it felt sturdy, I just know me and was not about to take a chance with such a wonderful piece/peace. It’s made beautifully, I know it’s pricey and that’s also why I had to return it for one with the black cord. Now, I can wear it daily and not worry if I’m going to accidentally rip it in a high stressful situation or when my nephew pulls on it! Having such a wonderful tool nearby on those stressful days or sunny days when you want to just hear...something bordering magic. I also started using it when I go hiking alone, I know it’s not as loud as a normal whistle and this isn’t what it was purchased for, but in an emergency, I’m pretty sure any such type of sound will be carrying through the canyons. I have wanted to wear it out on special nights so I string it onto a sterling silver chain I already have and it’s a quite the pleasant ice breaker! Have already turned two other friends on to it.

The tuner is not as easy to use as it sounds...It gets stuck in the plastic and it's hard to pull out and also the chain broke as well really quick.I don't recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I was excited about this purchase, and I remember wondering “How do they get it to give out 528 hz?”. I had previously bought one of the normal “breathing-controlling” necklaces but I gave that away to my cousin. I thought cool a replacement AND it will have the sound healing effects. When I first used it I jumped! I was not expecting to hear this Harmonica-like tone. It is really relaxing I’ll admit but I literally don’t feel comfortable using it when anyone is in the house and DEFINITELY NOT in public! I feel this wasn’t properly highlighted which is why I gave the 3 stars. Still keeping it though BUT Buyers beware!

The media could not be loaded. I Luv LOVEd My Love Tuner sooooooo Much and Hubby likes the Harmonica sound when i use it to Breath or remain calm. We Both Live it, so I bought one for him i. The silver as I have the copper. I just wish it had aRetractable attachment so I don’t misplace it, But it does keep me More Midful! I also have that Komuso Shift, which is a Wash and silent, but can sound whistle like. This Is Wayyyyy Better, but it does make noise depending how hard or controlled you breath out of it. I love Harmonica sounds and this is just that, not a flute. So Worth it and about 40$ cheaper than Komuso shift, but thats good when ya cant make noise. So Worth it in my book, I feel the vibrations and I live solfeggio sounds and frequencies, been listening almost 10yrs almost daily for morning gratitude. The cord you can just Yank, but the metal chain is pretty flimsy I am In Love with my li’l relaxation tool!
