Would this stuff work on a titanium suppressor body? Try not to run the suppressor past 1400 F.

Probably way to late on this answer, but I wouldn't. I was involved with some tests on different suppressors, with different calibers, ammo makes and grain weights, and rates of fire, on both semi and select fire weapons and both rifle and handguns. We found that pretty much universally the temperature fluctuates greatly and rapidly, and caliber, ammo type, ambient temperature, and rate of fire and length of cool down time, as expected will play a part. Tempature spikes, although not very common under normal fire rate and even with allowing for some cool down, can briefly pass 2000°F and more likely to do so the higher the caliber, fire rate, and Hotter the day. Hard use of the can during rapid fire drills, full auto mag dumps, and or not giving much if any cool down time increased both the frequency and duration of hitting 2000 and time spent above that mark. Again this extreme temperature was by no means average, and only brief but that does surpass the rated threshold of this product. I expect as in most cases the max temp on the lable, for safety reasons, is actually below the actual fail temp. Even if this is true, which there is no way to really know, I would be more concerned with how it would handle the rapid fluctuation. 500 - 1500 and back in the time frame of, safety on, safety off, triple tap, safety back on, was very common especially on higher calibers and rifles. If this coating were to break down and how it broke down could possibly allow it to make it's way into the baffles, packing, any threaded parts and so on. This could be in the form of powder gumming things up, going back to liguid and cooling again incidently gluing things together that shouldn't be, and all be it VERY unlikely, if it were to fragment especially if any of it that broke down and got into the internals and this process began a 2nd time causing fragments leading to a baffle strike. I admit thats an extreme case scenario probably requiring very bad luck and propper celestial alignment. I wouldn't risk it. Cans are expensive, you had to wait a long time to get it and the torture testing they go through before being put on the market, I promise far exceeds anything you or anyone would put it through. The liability a manufacturer faces is to great no too, and if you own one that was submitted for military trial, I double down on that statement. I understand your want to keep the temp down, as with anything if you can effectively lower the average operating temp or at least prevent exceeding a certain max temp from being reached, then the longer life expectancy you can expect. In the end a suppressor is still a consumable item. Life expectancy is getting longer and longer with advancements, and depending on your personal use you may never see it fail. I run mine very hard, and have shot out a couple. I honestly don't see there being much life to be gained by doing something like this. Temperature reached during a process isn't lowered by coating the outside of an object, that is an uncontrollable variable, and will not have any benefits for the internals. If this coating did in fact keep the exterior cooler but the energetic process still produces the same amount of heat, where then is the heat at, cause it's not bleeding off the external surface as efficiently as before so I would assume this means the internals would stay at a higher average temperature from the heat now dissipating slower through the exterior surface. I don't see any good coming from that.

This product will withstand high temperatures. It is not safe for cooking food.

will this product protect what it is sprayed on from high heats?

The Hi-Heat Coating can handle the high direct heat from what it is applied to, like an exhaust system. It does not protect from high heat.
