After visiting Italy you get pretty picky about pasta. This is a great choice and one of my pantry staples.

This is absolutely the best noodle you are ever have they are amazing and they taste very fresh

I wish more of the Italian imports were snap/ebt eligible because this company makes great pasta! I would happily buy all the different pastas they make if they were also ebt eligible. Easy to cook, wonderful taste, takes to any sauce you like quickly. Highly recommend!

It is a decent pasta, it tastes home made which I like but it is very thick. I’m not sure if it had to do with the batch that I received, apparently the dough was rolled out so thick that the pasta didn’t cook through properly even after 10 minutes— it was chewy.

This is the only pasta brand I buy. A little more money but it’s well worth it. It would be nice if Amazon would pay us for our review since we are making them money
