Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Home Bakery Supreme 2-Pound-Loaf Breadmaker, Black Includes Stainless Steel Measuring Spoon Set and Oven Mitt

We've had this machine for a year and it is awesome! My husband and I make make on average 2 loaves a week, sometimes a lot more - sometimes less/ The recipes that come in the book are great. Our children (4 and 2 1/2 yrs old) are allergic to milk and nuts so it is sometimes very hard to find foods they can eat (most breads have milk ingredients or are processed in a plant that also processes nut products). The recipes are for a wide selection of breads(and jams and other stuff - but we use it mainly for the bread) and they include recipes for breads that don't require milk products.The bread comes out great - leaves a delicious smell in the house, tastes great, and is cooked evenly. The machine is easy to operate (really, just turn on and follow prompts as necessary). It is also very easy to clean - just wipe!I bought it in the bundle - the oven mit is sturdy and prevents any burning. The handles on the measuring spoons/cups bent a little recently. But they haven't rusted and they measure the ingredients like they are supposed to.

I love my new bread maker. the loaves come out perfect everytime. I have noticed a yeasty taste that I'd like some assistance with. Any suggestions?

So clearly when you spend this kind of money on a product you could get for a fraction of the cost you have high expectations.Half the time the loaf collapses, the other half it doesn't rise well at all. We've bought 2 new sets of yeast and still at best a heavy loaf. Very dissappointing.

Works great! Odds are good if you're looking at a Zojirushi, it's because you want a Zojirushi. I'm not sure how, but this seller has a bundle that comes in cheaper than most everyplace else sells just the machine. It's the real deal. The machine works great - just like everyone says. I do have some trouble getting the paddles to 'lock' into place. Super-convenient how they come out, but on one occasion one wasn't locked and my dough didn't mix well.I'm kind of surprised that I like the oven mitt that came with the bundle so much. I almost tossed it in the trash without opening its package - I normally don't like mitts. My husband, however, grabbed it to open and use for something, so I gave it a try. It's thin enough that the fabric allows enough dexterity to grab, and the silicone finger pads are thick enough to prevent burning yourself. I was surprised.The measuring spoons are, well, mediocre measuring spoons from Cuisinart.... but you didn't come for the spoons, did you?

Just purchased this machine and I love it...so far. I've used it 4 times. I especially love that I can not only make bread but other foods also. I've made bread and I've tried the jam recipe, it came out great. I'm looking forward to trying cake, meatloaf and sour dough along with more recipes included in the book.Now for the machanics of it. While it is rather large and a bit heavy I would suggest finding a place to use it and leave it rather than moving it around each time you want to bake. I love the duel metal paddles and the loaf shape pan. Another feature I really like is the way the pan loads into the machine, (no rubber gaskets anywhere). So easy to lock into place and to remove. My old machine had a tube shape pan with a rubber gasket on the bottom outside which always stuck to the pan and was difficult to remove from the machine. The old machine had only one plastic paddle which I had to replace several times because it would break or strip out. Clean-up wasn't quick either. This machine's pan and paddles are non stick, clean-up is a breeze. Instructions are easy to follow and all the buttons are clearly marked.I've rated it 5 star and at this point I would recommend this machine. But again I've only used it 4 times so far.

Nice machine. A little hard to get the settings down but with practice, I believe it will work nicely. Very versatile with different recipes and baking times. Easy to clean. A little difficult to remove the mixing blades from some of the breads, remove them during the rise cycle and this should be eliminated.

This bread machine does not make level loafs of bread. Go with the one that has a gluten free setting because it has an element on top to help make it rise correctly. Also, this seller (ACE PHOTO) does not work with you and lies to Amazon so they do not have to receive a defective item. Just my experience.
