Gave burns and hair looks as if it was burnt
This left my hair dry broken and damaged and was NOT gentle to my skin as i have burns from it by my hairline. I don’t know if something was not right or added to the bottles as the liquid to mix were not sealed. I’m still burning and itching. My hair looks like it’s singed and I didn’t even have it on for more than 5 minutes due to this!

Not sure what happened.
I loved this relaxer when I started using it. It relaxed my hair quickly and did a great job. Loved the conditioner and moisturizer. But as of late, it dries out my hair, makes it brittle, and doesn't relax it well.
