This is a very pretty, well-made shoe. For someone who has a hard time finding a shoe that fits comfortably this one may work for you. The insole is padded, the style is attractive and the craftsmanship was done with care. Even the packaging was done with care as well. Unfortunately I ordered a half size too large, which was entirely my own fault, so it is a little too big for me. I’m on the fence about returning it, though. Like I said, it’s very pretty and comfortable. I am newly in a wheelchair so I may be able to get away with it being slightly too large and because my feet tend to swell I may be glad it is a little roomy.

I bought these for work but quickly found my feet would hurt after a few hours and now only use for quick trips to church or market

Really nice comfortable shoes. I bought three pairs in US 6.5 regular width {black, navy, and white), and they're a bit tight across the ball of the foot area. I'm hoping they'll loosen up. They have a bit, after two wears. I bought 2 pairs US 6.5 wide (red and yellow), and they're too loose. I can't blame the shoes. It's definitely my feet.

They just arrived and I am enjoying my new red shoes. I have a similar pair purchased retail in a different color. These fit just as expected, so true to size, and are quite comfortable. I got them in a wide width, which is perfect for me. From the photo, I thought they would be darker red than they are. I'm delighted to discover they are a bit brighter than they appeared on my screen. There is a nice arch support and the cushioned insoles make them comfortable. I love that although they are called "flats", they actually have a very shallow heel.

I ordered my normal shoe size, but these fit loose so maybe they run larger than normal.

This was a lovely shoe and I wish it had fit, but the sizes just didn't work for me so I returned it. I love the try it first feature.

The style is beautiful. However the size is too large. 8.5W is my normal size shoe.

shoes well made but I did not keep them I have diabetic feet and they rubbed my ankles so I returned them had ordered 9extra wide width was great

Lo tuve que devolver porque me mandaron una talla menor, pero aunque comprara de nuevo y mandaran la talla correcta, su horma es muy delgada y no me hubiera quedado… pero hechura y material muy buenos…

Too small

I LOVE Cliffs shoes. I find them extremely comfortable. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the "red" is more of an "orange" color but I still wear them a lot.

Color and style are really good, but the regular size 8, was tight across the toes. I re-ordered a size 8W and they fit perfectly. I am very pleased.

I like the shoes but they're far too small. I need a women's UK size 10. When these arrived they said size 12 (the US size), which is supposed to be the equivalent of a UK size 10 but they were too small for me.
