This is has a shiny finish, not a matte finish as the photo shows!
This sink works well in all respects except that the finish is shiny black and not matte black as the photo clearly shows it to be. Unfortunately, the contractor installed it before I knew about the difference. The shiny surface shows water spots and has to be wiped frequently.

A Beautiful Sink!
Our designer recommended this sink for it's lovely style. She said that in a bathroom, little details make a difference - such as the beautiful curves and lines of this sink. The only think we were surprised at was that it is deeper than we would have needed and, as such, the drain assembly didn't fit.

Poor packaging
The box shook when I carried it in. Upon opening it, the sink was just thrown in the Kohler box. No packaging surrounding it! I was lucky it was not broken. Come on quality check people, this should have never gone out this way. The sink is beautiful. No instructions, no template. I needed the sink quickly and will keep it.

Very nice sink, but due to it's sloped slides you need to be sure that the spout reach of your faucet is longer than 4.4 inches or your hands will hit the side of the sink when washing. Other than this issue, it is a beautiful and somewhat unusual sink.

Kohler Sink
Good under mount sink. Not a plain Jane looking sink, but not the best either. Installation was easy and it fits perfect.

The sink is very nice, but the Kohler stamp isn't centered. This was mentioned by someone else, too. The box I received had been opened so I imagine it was returned before for the same reason. I'm asking for a replacement. I hope the new one is better.

Sink-how did we ever live without them?
I had high criteria for the vessel we would have built for our voyage. It had to be made by American craftsman who took pride in their work. After searching for approx 47.5 months we discovered a wonderful factory that could supply us with our carefully crafted gift and set it asail. Our pork loin has never been this tender. Why do mufflers get holes?

this is a deep sink
Love the sink but it took way too long to get here. The biscuit col our is slightly lighter than the toilet.
