Very comfortable
This chair is very comfortable and very well made. Pay close attention to the measurements and the heights it says it is for. I did not and the seat and footrest are too big for me. Also the armrests are very squishy so if you need the arms for support this is not a good deal. Windermere/ Mega motion make many styles an sizes of chairs.

Can't get parts
I ordered this chair for my husband who was paralyzed. I ordered in August of 2021. Sadly he passed away November of 2022. Literally the week after he passed, the back broke. It is laying completely flat. It is no longer under warranty (Just the parts) HOWEVER, you can't actually GET the part to fix it. I have called multiple, multiple times and no will answer and no one will call me back. The part alone is over 200.00 so clearly I don't want to buy it on my own, HOWEVER, the chair is useless. You can't sit in it with the back laying all the way down. Would never recommend this to anyone, let alone someone with a disability.
