Excellent polish and flatness! Like ALLLL of these mirrors, you may need to snug up the adjustable joint on it, so anyone that day 'it comes loose' or 'it came loose' has obviously not used one before and yeah.. I snugged mine up to where I like to keep it and it has NOT loosened up AT ALL! Great product (and better than what you'd buy at a parts house for double or triple just to have the same thing or have it be glass and broken. Wipes off well, easy to buff back up if you do scratch it (yeah, I intentionally took steel wool to it to see how it did, etc, lol, it is quite scratch resistant and polishes back up well!) So I definitely don't see it wearing out or anything anytime soon!! Would/will buy again in a heart beat!!

I figured this being stainless steel it would be scratch resistant but is not it scratches easily & the handle to the mirror part will not stay tight the mirror flops loose after a short period of use & beings I do 10 hr shifts quality where I'm just g it all night both situations are rather irritating

I use these for work. I have tried a lot of inspection mirrors of this size. this seem like the best you can get. The hinge is not great. It will last about a year and then give out. They are cheap enough I can live with that.

I am an A&P technician and I need a mirror that will work well and not shatter if I drop it. This mirror is excellent.

Great product so far! Just received them and will see how the hold up to aircraft engine inspections!

I use an inspection mirror to see the bottom of a fitting when brazing in an AC condenser and eventually, I drop solder on them or hit them with the torch and they break. This mirror is a God send. I am very happy with it.
