This is great as a rainy day project or while watching TV. Its also a great way to teach kids about the payoff of handwork and taking the time to do something for yourself.The kit came with everything I needed to replace the balloons on stems bunches that were bought from the store. The quickest way I loaded these on the stem was to put all the balloons on the stems first, and then load up the multiple rubber band mounter tools that the kit came with about 6 rubber bands on each and then just slide them over each balloons and keep reloading the mounting tool until all balloons were done. All of the materials were great and easy to use and durable and a great price for the amount of balloons you get. Warning Latex will dry out your hands after a while of handling the balloons*

ITs a little putsy refilling the balloons, but I don't mind. Its easy & the water balloons fill & hold exactly like the Bunch of Balloons we've bought from the store. So much cheaper. I always have a few sticks of 30 balloons ready to fill at any time to bring to friends houses or for water balloon fights at our house. Such a time saver to fill the bunch at once. Makes up for the time it takes to put the bands on. I've even reused the bands saved from broken balloons. Seem to work good as new.

This refill pack for bunch of balloons is soooo time consuming. If you have nothing better to do with your time than to place super tiny rubber bands on a super thin piece of plastic, and then put a water balloon on one of the straws, and then slide the super thin piece of plastic with tiny rubber bands over the balloon, and then roll one tiny rubber band down on the end of the balloon, and repeat 33+ times, then this is the product for you! I on the other hand found this to be a laborious waste of time. The hose/faucet adapters included don’t fit. I wind up making these water balloons the old fashion way and it saves me time and aggravation.

These we're quite time consuming to do. Luckily was had saved a plastic tunes from the "easy fill" balloons, which made the process easier. But for the price, I will put in that work!The kids (and adults) had a blast throwing water balloons at each other.

These don’t come with any directions but they are easy to figure out by watching a YouTube video. The kit does not include the plastic straw part that attaches to the hose, so you need to already have those saved from a set of bunch of balloons. I have found it goes much faster if you load all the tools with elastics at once then put the balloons on after. Get a lot of people working on it and it will go much faster!

I bought these, because my daughters are obsessed with them. We had quite a few water balloon fights with these over the summer. Overall, the value of the product for what you get is what would make me a return customer for them.Pros: you get a ton of balloons, and accessories!Cons: The balloons are thin, some were stuck together, some had holes in them. Are most common defect problem was they rim of the balloon would break when trying to stretch it to fill with water. These balloons pop easily, sometimes just setting them down into the pool full of water, they would pop. Quite a few of them burst while you were throwing them in mid-air and never reached their intended target. Also, the included sink bits / hose bits, did not fit any of our faucets, so we had to buy a different one from the dollar store. And lastly, the colors are very opaque, not nearly as vibrant as I expected (but that doesn’t really matter).In an extra note, we did use the rubber band system these were intended for. We saved some of the plastic things from the store bought balloons that you can fill up in 60 seconds - whatever those are called. The problem was that this was just as, if not more, time consuming than filling up the balloons individually. It was incredibly satisfying to see all the balloons fill up at once, but putting balloons and bands on each stem of the plastic thing was trivial.

I had gotten some of the quick-fill balloons and saw on youtube how to reuse them...so a few times I collected all the used balloons, got the rubber bands off of them and reloaded them with new balloons. I was really happy when I ordered these that there is a band for every balloon, you never have to dig through the grass to find them all! And the plastic piece that you slide the band down makes it so much easier! Also the balloons are great quality and way cheaper then the 100 for $1 I was getting PLUS they come with the bands!!
