This Blue Skullcap is very high quality. Blue Skullcap is a flowering plant has potent mood lifting and nerve soothing benefits. It takes almost a week (for some, 2 days) to get the optimal results but when it works, it’s like a private neurologist soothing out your anxieties. Some people report an easier withdrawal from smoking or substance abuse. I stopped my creeping habit of a few beers or wine glasses every night. I’m losing weight and saving money as a result now! Skullcap has a subtle and graceful (yet very effective and noticeable) hand in providing calm to your mind and nerves. I find it to be like therapy: You’ll hit a point where you know you don’t need it anymore but the period of time is different for every person. I do not find any habits forming with it whatsoever. Apparently reliable brand, fair enough pricing and okay shipping / delivery speeds. The product itself, and the herb itself, seem to have a noticeable effect and assist with anxiety and / or sleep. Recommendable and worth trying, given both that I recommended it to a friend and because of the science from reliable sources (i.e. NIH, UMM, even Wiki) regarding it's chemicals, their effects and it's general potency.

This is my first time trying this herb. It helps me fall asleep more easily than without it, within 15-45 min. which is good. I'm still waking up every hour or so. I'll have to see if it builds a level and has more (or less) impact over time. I took off 1 star bc it's not organic. Other Solaray products I've tried work very well but are organic, which I prefer.

It's hard to find locally and higher priced, so I plan to keep getting it from Amazon.

Works great as an as needed sedative to mitigate feelings of overwhelm and panic, akin to a low dose xanax. A must have for those suffering with panic disorder, anxiety and seizure disorders. Cannot recommend enough, this supplement had changed my and my partners wellbeing significantly.

I can take a handful of these and not even notice. I've had better luck with tinctures.

The midwives I work with recommend this for their pregnant clients with restless legs. Pregnant women can take very few drugs. Having this herb to help a condition that drives people crazy and deprives them of sleep is a real benefit. My former roommate, who was not pregnant, started taking it for her restless legs and it worked. She started out taking the recommended dosage and has found that she can take as little as one tablet and have no restless legs symptoms.
