I bought a few pairs of these for work last year while I was searching for shirt stays that didn't leave rust on my skin. This company is what I came across. To my knowledge, this is a small company owned and operated out of North Carolina - which is a huge win. After owning and putting these shirt stays through the ringer at my job, I decided to give SSP some feedback, which was asked for anyways.The only issues with the old shirt stays was that the adjustment latch often got caught on clothing while pulling pants up over these. When I messaged them, I got a reply back fast, and they thanked me and told me that they had actually redesigned the shirt stay and fixed this issue and offered to send me a set to try out, free of charge. I graciously accepted and received the updated pair called the "Executive Y style shirt stays" as well as a hand written note from the business owner, I'm assuming.These new shirt stays are definitely an improvement on the last ones. However, I think the customer service exemplified by this company should be commended very much. The requested feedback from customer base shows that this business is here for their customers and here to make the best product possible. Them sending me a free pair to try out as well as a hand written note also shows that they are here to serve their customer base and that they CARE about their brand and products and their customer base. I will continue doing business with this company as long as I need their products and will happily recommend them to anyone else. If there was a "Snap-on" brand in the shirt stays business, SSP would be it. I hope to see SSP expand in the Law Enforcement clothing scene and makes some incredible products in the future.

Keeps everything neat and tucked; no rust or anything. Everyone always compliments me on my uniform appearance at the police academy.

I've been wearing the same pair of Y-Styles casually and with my security uniform(s) for 2-3 years. Very satisfied with the sturdiness and quality. The clips are still strong and don't feel like they're giving away AT ALL. The strings are somewhat stressed (barely) but they still hold down pretty well. Feel like they'll last for an extra 2+ years no prob. Thought I lost my original pair and immediately ordered these again. Got worried because I thought they weren't available anymore. Searched through order history to find them again. Don't mind having a second pair on ice.

These are very easy and fast to attach and don't damage the shirt. It almost completely eliminates any fuss needed to keep the shirt looking neat. I bought these after trying out the magnetic ones which didn't keep a professional look.

They do the job, but over time, the stretching wears to much, and it begins wrinkling. They also itch, and hair gets caught in the metal parts.

Been wearing these consistently for about 6 months now while teaching, and I'm a believer. Will order a 2nd pair soon.Have never worn shirt stays / sock garters before, and don't have a real reason to. You'll see reviewers for this product who wear it to keep a military/police uniform looking crisp. I simply wear them because I don't want my shirt to come untucked while teaching. I don't have money for custom fitted dress shirts with perfect arm holes, so my ill-fitting dress shirts always come untucked when I lift my arm to point at something on the projector/chalkboard.These are so handy...how did they fall out of style? Admittedly, they look a little ridiculous when you can see them, i.e., when you are not wearing pants, but I don't endeavor to look good pants-less anyways. Just try a pair and you will see how much they improve the way your shirt fits your torso. FYI, warn your partner that you are wearing these so they are not surprised if pants come off.Speaking of coming off, the only gripe I have is that occasionally one clip comes undone. Since it's a Y-shape, if one of the top of the Y's comes off, you still have the other. But if the sock attachment comes off, you are SOL. Don't try to reclip it on your sock while still wearing your pants...regrettably, I think I scared some one by doing that at the bus stop. It looks like you have ants up your leg, or worse. Mortifying in retrospect, but at least I was wearing a tie. Anywho, take my advice: just find a bathroom, and fix your shirt stay there if it comes undone.Yes, bathrooms. It is TOTALLY possible to do a #2 with these on. I won't traumatize you further: just look it up on YouTube. I saw a demonstration of how to sit on a toilet with these and I was sold.Sorry if this is FYI, but I had these questions before I purchased, and I wish someone told me how they work. I'm so happy with these shirt stays! Combine them with suspenders and you literally never have to adjust your clothes again.
