As soon I got it I tried it on. It was a perfect fit! I'm 5'3 and weigh 210 pounds size 16 jeans. I ordered an XL. I wore it the rest of the day and went to the gym. The material is very light weight and it's not extremely tight or uncomfortable. When I was at the gym. It helped me sweat twice maybe even three times as much as I usually do. That's what I loved about it. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The only things that I didn't like about the suit. I didn't prewash it (which there wasn't any instructions to) so it stained the inside of my workout tights between the legs black. The other thing I didn't like is the zipper doesn't lock so it unzips about an half inch. So if you have a larger belly this may become an issue. Other than that it's a great product. Because of the two flaws I'm just deducting one star. (I'm on my tippy toes to show the length of the suit in the pic. It comes almost to my knees)

I was looking for something like this to help with my exercising. I had one of those belts that go around the midsection. I could never get it tight enough, the one with velcro had to be just right . The one with a zipper was too loose or too tight.The one piece Sauna suit is perfect. The material is heavy duty with good seams. In my opinion, it's well made. I ordered the next size up because of reviews, Its very easy to get on. I have big arms and was worried about the fit. Snug but not a problem. The butt and thighs are not tight at all. I put a tshirt over it and it looks like I'm wearing a pair of shorts. I really like it and soon I will be getting the next size down.I use an Elliptical. The suit does not restrict my movement. I didn't get hot like I expected to so when I took it off, I was surprised by how much I had been sweating. I felt pretty good! After the first time, I just kept it on while I did chores in the house. Now the weather has cooled off I think I will be wearing it under my clothes while doing yard work. It will help support my back and keep my muscles warm. (I actually look forward to it.)I've recommended it to my friend. I'll recommend it to anyone.

I was so excited to try this suit in when I got it. I ordered an xl based on reviews. It fit very well as I am 5’ 2” and 212lbs. a full figured women. The material is light weight and moves well. It definitely makes you sweat. It was a little loose around my waist so I just put on my weight belt and it was fine. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Topeller Women's Sauna Suite feels wonderful. The suite started working within a few minutes off putting it on. My husband loved the design of the top LoL 😂. However, my toddler boys said I stink. I don't mind the smell as long as the product works in helping my detox and lose the weight that I desire. The sizing chart was on point, although, I wish it was a little tighter on the tummy area. The suite is too revealing for me to feel comfortable sharing a picture with it on, but I promise it fits great. Thank you for your product and hope to share my success story soon.

Excellent quality material!I am looking for something to wear when I am working out that quite satisfied with the full body shaper sport sweat neoprene suit that I purchased. The material is great, it’s thick, stretchy, light compression, and after wearing it for 5 mins walking around the house, I felt my skin moisten. Also I do squats and all kinds of workouts. I sweated so much that it was dripping down my legs and arms! So definitely recommend!!

It really works!! I only exercise for about 30-45 minutes a day and this suit has me sweating like crazy, even on days that I don't really push myself. I've been using it for a couple weeks along with doing IF and my belly and waist are literally shrinking. Idk if credit goes to 1 or both, but I absolutely love the way this suit heats me up. It's also very comfortable and soft, which is nice if you have to be hot while you wear it lol.

The sauna suit worked great! It definitely got me to sweat. But my dislike was the fact that the zipper would not stay up! I had to keep interrupting my workout to stop and zip it back up. I feel like maybe a clasp on the top of the zipper would be ideal. Also the sleeves were very annoying. The main reason I got this suite was because of the sleeves and the length looked like it covered a good portion of where I needed to loose the fat. I use my suit for Cardio/Zumba and everytime i lifted my arms and put them down the sleeves would get stuck in a tight position. I also had to stop quite often and pull down and adjust the sleeves. Other then those 2 issues the suit definently does what expected.
