Although this was an Amazon reconditioned adapter, I couldn’t tell. It connected to the existing system in seconds and was immediately put into use. It was for my home office working from home and WiFi strength in that room is now spot on.A brilliant purchase.

They should have instructions or a website address for the product to ensure that the product is installed correctly. There are some questions you need to ask about networks and which is which = need instructions.

This was far easier to connect to our existing system and use than what I thought it was going to be. Please with the product.

Good condition and works
This was ordered to replace an old unit that had failed in an existing network. It arrived promptly, was well packed, though not in a box, and in very good external condition. No setting up instructions were provided, which could be a problem for less experienced people, but means of pairing it were fairly standard so no problem for someone familiar with the system. The TP-Link website has set up videos and FAQs for those who need them.
