Good idea and keeps you fit..

So tried these for the first time today. Delighted, but be aware hard work!!!I) wait until it has rained heavily / the spikes will slip in easily with a normal walking motion.Ii) wear sturdy shoes. Walking boots ideal. They can work themselves off but with care are absolutely fine. Very easy to retighten.Iii) I am sure in bone dry ground and wearing flimsy shoes it won’t work, but common sense says you make it work. I have small feet (7) and it was fine for me.Well worth the price. Saved paying my gardener £80 to do it once.

Putting together wasn’t hard, just time consuming.Unfortunately the straps are poor, ratchets keep slipping which causes the boots to come off. Even caused me to fall over a couple of times. Look elsewhere

difficult to keep on your feet, awkward straps. difficult to adjust and walking in them is near on impossible

Waste of money they will not stay on my feet
