I got the expedited shipping and it came even earlier than they said it would. It is absolutely beautiful, professional and worth every single penny! The QR code works and takes you right to her online registration where you can also add more info like doctors notes, training certificates and you can also add a handler photo for your own identification. And it’s all FREE!This is a very sensitive time for me because Dixie is very old and has been retired a couple years but I need this as proof of service to get her a service dog cemetery plot free of charge. We are saying goodbye to our sweet girl next week. I love her so much and she has been by my side almost 11 years as my faithful companion and has saved my life many times. I am a huge reviews kind of person, especially if the item(s) are excellent and exceeds expectation. Both identifications, one for my S.A. and one for me, are perfect! The quality of each ID is superb, meaning all the information I needed on each is there and more than just legible, everything is laid out and labeled so there is NO mistaking anything- from his classification (type) & number of registration to everywhere he is allowed to be. I also have to mention how VERY much I love the QR codes on the IDs as well, it gives me just one more avenue to show those people who think a disability is always seen outwardly he is a legal and registered Service Animal.Both identification cards are as thick as a credit card, though far more durable, so mine will withstand the inevitable washings it will receive.My S.A.’s identification easily attaches to his harnesses, something that is VERY important to me due to a recent experience. Even the casing it comes in is obviously made to be durable, recognizable from a distance, AND does not cover any information on the card. It’s kind of like a case you would get for a cell phone.I also appreciate all the information provided on the reverse side of the ID, so at any time not only can the questioning person scan the QR they can also read what the law is about how to treat people with a S.A. and their S.A.Delivery was VERY fast! I ordered this service dog ID card so I can now have my dog help me when shopping in stores. Uploading the photos of both myself and my dog was very easy! My package arrived earlier than expected! The quality and clarity of my new service dog ID card is great!! I am soooo very excited now to be able to shopping with my dog!!

My puppies were recently certified to be therapy dogs for my daughter who has multiple medical issues. I don’t know how many times we were told we couldn’t bring the dogs into certain places despite being therapy dogs that were certified. Because they are smaller dogs and there are two of them people didn’t believe us. I don’t exactly carry the certificate around but I have a copy of it on my phone. But these cards make it much easier. It shows the picture of the therapy dog . Their certificate number and their microchip number. It also says the handlers name in this case my daughter. It shows address and phone number on it . The picture is very clear. I got a card for both dogs and also a card that has my daughter’s picture that says she is disabled. I also bought 2 sets. One for me and one for my daughter to put in our bags. The cards are laminated and have a loop on them. The cards weren’t that expensive but not exactly cheap either. I am so happy I got the cards. Even though legally they aren’t supposed to ask if the dogs are certified it’s easy just to show the cards. My dogs wear their therapy harnesses but for some reason people ask because they are small dogs and very cute. I highly recommend you get a card like this to help identify your dog.

The Service Dog custom ID card arrived very quickly in the mail and it’s really professional looking. I feel like every service dog team needs this just in case of an emergency where a dog may possibly be separated from its handler. This ID has a scannable ID code on it and it also gives you a spot to enter your SD’s microchip. In addition, it comes with a small pouch and clip to use to hang it from your dog’s vest though the clip breaks easily. They give you the option to sign up with your current service dog registry number OR you can set up a new one. This Service dog ID comes with an optional add on for an entirely separate handler badge on which you can add your picture and information. We made one for the dog with my name as the primary handler and then we added my husband to a second ID to use when he takes my SD to relive himself out of the hospital when I’m admitted. I highly recommend!
