These pictures are not displaying how beautiful this chandelier is in person! The installation is not difficult. They took their time and packaged it well! My daughter loves it.

I am editing my initial review as I discovered the problem was not with the fixture, but with the bulbs! They were too fat to fit in the holes even though they are described the same as other bulbs. I tried another brand before returning the fixture (this time went with Phillips). I could easily install them in the sockets and they turned and locked - none have fallen out. So much more light and a real eye-catcher.Here is my original review:The light is lovely and was easy to put together and install, however there is just one way to place the plate over the base that attaches to the ceiling. It will fit a couple different ways to bolt it together, but only one so both the bolts and the bulb holes line up - we ended up having to take it all apart and turn it to get all of the bulbs in it. Then the GU10 bulbs were very hard to install - turn too hard and the prongs break off, don't turn enough and they don't stay in. I was able to get 7 of the 9 slots filled, then after turning off the fixture after several hours, two of the bulbs FELL OUT - thank God not on someone's head. If it turns out to be the bulbs, I will adjust my review because it is really beautiful.

I'm a pretty handy person. If you feel comfortable doing eletric work, and don't mind punching holes in your sheet rock, and don't mind spending the time doing a timely install, this is the way to go as the result looks fantastic.First, it didn't ship with instructions. You can email the company and they will send an e-copy of the instructions. Don't expect the instructions to be super helpful, but it will be helpful enough if you have some experience doing home projects. Next if you are putting this through sheet rock, there are NINE holes you need to put through your sheetrock. They shipped with 9 anchors, but they are cheap, and so I broke two trying to get them in. I have a box full of these things laying around, so I had to use some of mine to accomodate.To check for positioning, I wound up making a stencil of the base with sheet-plastic (the kind you lay down when you paint) so I could see where it would sit in relation to the eletrical box. With that I was able to get 3 screws into the surrounding studs and get everything lined up. Also, the 9 holes are not spaced exactly evenly apart so it only will fit one way once you get the holes drilled and anchors installed. If you aren't careful, you will get confused when you stick it back up there to screw the base in and none of the holes line up. Once I had the base installed though, the rest was pretty easy, just time consuming. The whole thing probably took me 5 hours from start to finish.To the manufacturer, getting the base took forever to install and I would have gladly paid an extra few dollars for this beautiful chandelier if it shipped with a hard see-through plastic stencil of the base with the holes punched out. This would have saved me A LOT OF TIME and would be easy for you to produce. It's the little things...The actual chandelier though looks FANTASTIC. This sits in right in front of a large picture-frame window and it really looks awesome from both outside and inside.

I was excited to receive this beautiful chandelier, but that faded into disappointment and defeat when I found a light fixture in so many pieces it looked like a box of Christmas ornaments packaged in Styrofoam and ready for storage. I was up to the challenge, BUT there was absolutely NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, diagrams, ... hints... nothing on how to put this thing together. I don't know what to do with it. This was the sole light fixture I wanted for our dining room, there was no runner-up. I sent emails to the manufacturer for assistance but have received nothing from them to help with this HUGE PROBLEM. The chandelier is still in the box; the box of sadness. I'll either attempt to put it together someday, or try to sell on Craig's List or something.

Assembly instructions were not clear when attaching the crystals, however, I finally figured it out. We added a dimmer switch. Definitely a beautiful addition to my master bathroom.

This chandelier is the craziest coolest lighting I have ever owned. The price reflects the assembly necessary, it was not the easiest project. This lamp is worth every moment we spent mounting, assembling and cleaning. I am looking at every room in my house to see where else I can work this coolness into.

This light is elegant and opulent. The pictures do not do it justice!! The quality is amazing and the crystal shine like Swarovski crystals. Great value for the money. Very difficult and time consuming however to assemble and install. But well worth the effort.

Very pretty, makes my dining room look luxurious. It takes some time to install but not difficult. It’s all worth it, for the finished look. I used the soft light bulbs, I tried the white light but it was too bright. It would definitely be overwhelming for a small space; either way, you will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful piece...bigger than what I expected. Makes the room look very elegant n nice. But it does take a long time to install because of the it has many crystals

I am returning it because I choose not to put bunch of holes in my ceiling plus the ceiling would never hold. It’s meant to be mounted onto concrete I don’t know who has concrete ceilings I sure don’t. But it does look beautiful
