Ballast did what I expected it to do -
Ballast was brand new and worked well as advertised. I'm a maintenance manager at a chain of stores in Ohio and I already know how to install these things. However, even if you're somewhat a novice in the electrical field, these things couldn't be easier to install. Wires are all color coded. So, matching and hooking up is a breeze. You will find 2 reds, 2 blues, 2 yellows, 1 black, and 1 white wire on the ballast. As long as this is the correct ballast for your fixture, you will find the same colors and amount of wires on the fixture. Everything is connected using screw-on wire nut connectors, which are reusable. Just be sure to disconnect the main power to the fixture before attempting to change the ballast so you don't end up being another statistic. This (2) bulb electronic ballast is a more efficient replacement for magnetic T-12 ballasts, and is used in either a (2) T-12 bulb fixture or paired with a second equivalent T-12 ballast in a (4) bulb fixture. BTW, remember the "hum" you might hear from a fixture powered by a magnetic ballast. Well, say "bye-bye" to the humming sound. These electronic ballasts are virtually silent.

Easy to Install, Works Perfectly, No Blinking
I had a ballast fail quickly after trying LED replacement lamps. Rather then buy a new fixture is was 1/5 the cost to replace the ballast with the Universal Ballast. It was easy to replace. The original fixtures ballast had identical color wiring as the original. I only had to snip the wires to the lamp ends and connect with wire nuts to the new Universal Ballast. It worked first time and the lamps turned on instantly at full brightness with no flickering. The original ballast was an Accupro and a picture of it is included.

This works great.
Just check the bulb type and Wattage before selecting your ballast. with a pair of Lineman's pliers and nice wire strippers, it's a fun and easy DIY home repair. The wire colors even match up! Just secure power before opening up the fixture and cutting wires. I just use a head lamp to see what I'm working on.All of the ballasts in my household have failed over the past year, and thankfully I've been able to get low cost replacements. They can be had at Lowe's, but there you will pay an extra $10-$20 more than what sellers here charge.

Fixed my light right up.
Product arrived on time and in good order. Very easy to replace. Just remove the old ballast and cut the wires close to the ballast. Then install the new one and match the wires up, blue to blue, yellow to yellow, res to red. Use wire caps for connection. Connect the white and black to the power and put cover and bulbs back. Hardest part was putting the cover back on. Works like a charm, no delay in lighting. Hope it last as long as the old one.

Didn't work for FEIT LED bulbs from Costco initially until rotating bulbs around for a while.
Update Jan 6, 2021 - After exploring the FEIT web site I found a ballast compatibility chart that showed my LED bulbs compatible with this ballast. Tried again with the LED bulbs. Still didn't work. Tried swapping ends on one bulb, still didn't work. Tried swapping bulbs and it finally worked. At least I think that was the sequence as I was not recording what I did. Regardless, in the end everything was working. So changed from 2 stars to 5 stars. So make sure you try all different orientations of bulbs and swap bulbs between each other if you are having issues using LED bulbs with this ballast.Original review Jan 4, 2021:Replaced a MagnaTek 439-L-TC-P that I suspected of causing some mild flickering in the laundry room where LED bulbs are installed. After a relatively easy install, only one of the two bulbs would dimly light up. The other, mostly not at all. If I removed one bulb with power on and then put it back in, then they would both come on at normal brightness. But as soon as you turn them off, then back on, same thing. I put the old fluorescents back in that the LEDs replaced and they worked fine. I give two stars for working with the fluorescents but take away three stars since they did not work with modern lighting while the 25 year old ballast did. There should be something in the description to let you know it may not work with at least some LED bulbs. It should also be noted that the yellow wires come off on the opposite side of the ballast as the MagnaTek. The yellow wire lengths were long enough to double back across the body plus maybe 10-inches (I didn't measure this) so I had enough length to splice into the fixture yellow wires so no harm no foul. You may just want to be aware to cut off the yellows closer to the old ballast than not just to be sure you have the length needed.
