I love these! After many, many years (at age 63!), I finally got my nose pierced again. They've changed the design so that a little extra ball of metal (whatever metal is being used) on the end of the post keeps it from coming loose, while holding it in place when blowing your nose, or simply scratching it. These multie colored stones, in differing sizes, is making it so much fun to accessorize my outfit with my jewelry. They are great!I imagine there are people with allergies to certain metals, but there are plenty of options to go with .925 silver or 10-14k white and/or yellow gold. The options are endless!

My daughter has really sensitive skin, so I’ve always been afraid to let her get her nose pierced. But for her 17th birthday, I let her do it when we were at Venice Beach. Sure enough, she started getting a keloid about 2 months in. Went on Amazon, found these surgical steel ones, and am so glad! Almost 5 months after switching we are still going great! Such a great value, too!

I like these, there are plenty of choices and they seem sturdy. They're a little thicker than the ones I've been using so it took some patience to get one in my nose, but it's comfortable now. Definitely good quality for the money.

While the studs themselves look super cute, they’re pretty small in real life. I was excited to get these but you can barely tell you’re wearing one which is good for when you don’t want to be too showy. Had the studs been slightly bigger, they would be amazing.

Dont waste your money... the big nose ring is my current ring that I was trying to replace. The ones that came are twice as small. They don't even go through the top hole all they way because of how fat and small they are. You can't even see the studs inside of them. It's like they're made for a baby's nose which is insane to say the least

So, I ended up being one of the odd ones that somehow ended up getting my tragus pierced with a 20g instead of the usual 16 or 18, so finding earrings for this piercing have been difficult for me. These work perfectly! My original jewelry was a threadless one, but this push-pin works just as well and it doesn't hurt or anything. I'm so glad I FINALLY have something else that I can wear that I love.

I like the stones on these. They are very pretty. But the bone bump on the inside of my nose is so small that it slips through my piercing. I keep losing them. I think I've had them a week or two and already lose three of the studs.

These are wonderful for anyone who needs a replacement nose ring. I had my nose pierced for 5 years, let it close, and got it re-pierced about a year later. I purchased these because I wanted a different color in for a friend's wedding. The stone has stayed in since I put the nose ring in 2 months ago - which is impressive! In the past, I had gone through so many nose rings because the shiny little stone would fall out, and I'm not one to just have a plain metal stud in my nose. I am very happy with these, and I've only used 1 of the 12 that came!
