Yes, it is plans for the shed. It just seems like a very cheap version. The measurements are unreal. (How many times do you see twenty foot long boards.) This is what is in the lumber list. Everything has to be broken down to actual sizes (8,10,12, or 16'). It will get you through, but not with converting many sizes

I found this to be very simple and straightforward. I am a woman with construction skill under my belt including framing and I looked these over and found them to be very simple to understand even for beginners.

Clear instructions

This is a decent set of drawings. If you are planning to make this a "tiny house" to live in, some changes would need to be made dependent on your climate. I was able to get a fairly close material cost estimate from this. All in all I would recommend it using it.

We haven’t actually started to build yet, but my husband looked over the plans and said he’s very happy with them. We’ll start to build this spring or summer.

Scam

While I have not built this shed yet, The plans are as promised. There is a complete list of everything needed and drawings detailed yet simple enough for just about anyone. Three or four people should be able to build this in a weekend. The only snafu is that Amazon says it still in the mail but I received it yesterday.
