Creative Converting Rainbow Foil Party Hats, 24 ct

Just what I needed for my little unicorn's birth party. Definitely a great addition to our decor. It's very sturdy and ready to be used.

Great size for both adults and kiddos to use. Comes assembled.

Good value for money. Used for elementary school play. Expected one time use. Will be able to use again! Kids liked them. No complaints. Didnt fight over colors.

Hat is exactly as pictured and exactly what I wanted. It worked out for me, but the hat has a whisper thin elastic, and I would worry that pulling on it too much by little kids would break it. I didn't experience this, however. I am not used to buying party hats, so perhaps they all use the same thin elastic.

Likes they had strings already attached easy on and off
